Vogue Interiors has been selected to create the interior design for Stock Development’s furnished Livia model at Isles of Collier Preserve in Naples. The Livia’s 3,021 square feet under-air great room floor plan features an island kitchen with a walk-in pantry, a breakfast nook, a formal dining room, study, four bedrooms, three baths, a three-car garage, and an outdoor living area with a fireplace, an outdoor kitchen, conversation and dining areas, and a pool and spa. The great room, breakfast nook, and master bedroom open to the outdoor living area.

Vogue has created a sophisticated design for the Livia model that is clean and simple, yet bold and a bit daring. The design is balanced by soothing finishes that juxtapose contrasting elements. Acrylics, dark and light woods, and a blend of metals will deliver an array of colors and textures. Greige background tones will be accented by black, cream, taupe, and soft silver finishes and accessories. Soft greige ceilings, light white trim, and 22 by 22-inch light greige glazed porcelain tile flooring will contribute to the model’s sophistication.

Visitors to the Livia model will be greeted at a double-door entry and step into a foyer with a square coffered ceiling detail trimmed with crown molding and soft cove lighting. A mosaic flooring inlay fashioned from two by two-inch light greige glazed porcelain tile will mimic the shape of the coffered ceiling. A pendant lighting fixture done in black chrome with a fine chain detail will convey an air of sensual mystery as light peeks through the chain.

The great room will feature a drop-down trey ceiling with cove lighting. The feature wall in this generously sized space will be divided into three sections. The center section will be flanked by bumped-out columns and feature a textured mesh-like metallic reflective wall covering. A four-door credenza with a dark coco finish, mirrored door fronts, and diamond shaped gold accents will be positioned between the columns. The great room will include a dry bar with dark charcoal cabinetry and shelving and an off-white countertop. Furnishings will include a sofa with track arms and a side chair, both of which will be finished with soft white fabric and black, taupe, and cream-toned accent pillows. An acrylic sofa table with Greek key shaped accents on the bottoms of the legs will provide an additional note of interest. A pair of slipper chairs will be presented in a black finish with solid taupe fabric and a black faux rabbit accent pillow. The chairs will flank two drum-shaped side tables with a soft greige finish and aged brass accents. Two dark walnut wooden cocktail tables with acrylic legs, aged brass accents, and dark coco finished walnut lower shelves will be set side-by-side in the center of the space. A nine-light open-concept chandelier with a carbon black finish and a Havana gold accent band will be suspended over the cocktail tables. The furnishings will be anchored by a light pale grey area rug. Euro pleat sheer gauze drapery panels will flank the great room’s pocketing sliders that open to the outdoor living area.

The kitchen island’s base cabinet will have a dark charcoal finish that matches the great room’s dry bar. The look will be contrasted by alabaster perimeter cabinets. Both the island and the perimeter will feature off-white counter surfaces with a pale grey cast. Elongated grey and white multi-toned strips of marble will be presented in the kitchen’s backsplash. Hanging pendant lighting fixtures with a black finish and etched peek-a-boo geometric patterns and counter-height bar stools with a black finish and textured charcoal fabric will complete the look at the island. The breakfast nook will feature a beveled-edged circular glass-topped table with an aged bronze base and four chairs with a dark charcoal finish and grey fabric. A stunning lighting fixture with organza silk and a light linen shade will cast a soft diffused glow over the table.

The formal dining room will showcase a glass-topped table with a pair of metal pedestal bases. Two host chairs and four side chairs will have a charcoal finish and light grey fabric. A three-door sideboard will also have a charcoal finish and feature circular pulls and square stainless-steel accents.

The feature wall in the study will feature a graphite-toned built-in with five framed out wall details, scones with a satin black finish, and a grey wall covering with graphite accents. A black walnut writing desk with metal accents will be flanked by banks of drawers and included in front of the built-in. The desk will be accompanied by an ebony-toned leather chair. Other furnishings include a barrel-shaped occasional chair in a neutral fabric and a dark graphite finished base. A black square cage chandelier will be suspended above the desk. The space will be anchored by a grey and ivory area rug.

A king bed with a floor-to-ceiling off-white faux suede fabric upholstered headboard with three square panels will provide a memory point in the master bedroom. The bedding and accent pillows will be presented in taupes, blacks, greys, and creams. A black pleated drum shade chandelier with teardrop crystals will be suspended over the bed. The bed will be flanked by three-drawer black nightstands with acrylic pulls. The dresser will feature a black surround and a front finished in metallic silver. The sitting area overlooking the outdoors will include a side chair with black legs and ivory fabric that will be accompanied by a silver hammered-metal accent table.

The master bath will feature dual alabaster vanity cabinets with grey-veined off-white quartz counter surfaces. A chrome and glass horizontal lighting fixture will be placed above each vanity. Two by two-inch greige porcelain tile will be used on the shower floor and extend 18-inches up the wall to form a band all the way around the shower. Twelve by 24-inch tiles in the same color will extend from the top of the band to the ceiling and be accented with a second band comprised of octagon shaped grey glass tile. A gauze white sheer drapery will grace a window behind a free-standing tub.

The outdoor living area’s linear fireplace will be flanked by bump-outs and a third bump-out will extend from the fire box that will feature a two by two-inch matte finished charcoal surround. The fireplace wall will be finished with floor to ceiling 18 by 18-inch light grey ceramic tile that resembles stone. Furnishings in the conversation area by the fireplace will include a driftwood-toned woven rattan sofa the soft grey cushions, a matching side chair, a glass-topped woven rattan cocktail table, and a pair of nesting tables with concrete tops and metal bases. A neutral-toned area rug with a geometric black detail will anchor the seating area. The open-weave rattan dining table will have a glass top and match the driftwood-toned open-weave dining chairs that will feature a neutral fabric. Raven ash-grey cabinetry and a taupe and grey granite counter will be featured in the outdoor kitchen. Chaise lounges surrounding the pool will have a silver finish and neutral fabric and be accompanied by black toned garden stools.

Vogue has created a warm and welcoming interior for the Marigold model that will convey effortless modern ease wrapped in elegance. Creamy neutral-toned backgrounds will combine with vibrant blue and organic fabrics, taupe, beige, and Wedgewood blue accents, glamorous champagne silver accented lighting fixtures, and the muted warm undertones of the home’s architectural elements to evoke a sense of relaxed luxury. The flooring throughout the living areas will be 24 by 24-inch light taupe porcelain tile. In the gallery hallway, flooring insets of two by two-inch mosaic polished porcelain tile will mimic the hallway’s series of rectangular back-lit coffered ceiling details.

Visitors to the Marigold will be greeted in a foyer with a dark coco console table with a hammered dark bronze base. A dramatic art piece will be displayed above the console. On the opposite wall, a full-length mirror will feature a mesh frame. Overhead, pendant lighting will introduce Vogue’s use of champagne-silver finished lighting fixtures that will be found throughout the home.

The great room will feature a square coffered ceiling detail and dropped beams painted in a semi-gloss white that will span the width of the space. The feature wall will be covered with a two-toned textured wall covering that will convey a three-dimensional feeling. A mushroom-toned built-in console will be placed against the wall and flanked by two columns, each of which will feature a wall sconce. A television will be mounted above the console and two niches displaying art pieces will be fashioned above the television. Furnishings will include a linen textured taupe-toned sofa with dark walnut legs and ivory and multi-toned blue accent pillows, two Greek key shaped cocktail tables finished in dark walnut and bleached eucalyptus wood accents with glass tops and a walnut finished lower shelf, two square end tables, an off-white setee with taupe-toned seat cushions featuring an embroidered Greek key accent and dark blue, Wedgewood blue, taupe, and cream pillows, and a pair dark blue chenille occasional chairs with a dark walnut stretcher base and metallic gold and blue pillows. The seating area will be anchored by a creamy shag area rug. The pocketing sliders opening to the outdoor living area will be flanked by Euro-pleat sheer drapery panels in a light taupe tone.

The dining room’s dramatic table will be finished in dark walnut with champagne accents and metal legs. The host and hostess arm chairs will also be finished in dark walnut and will include light taupe-toned fabric and metal backs with a high-gloss champagne silver finish. Four side chairs will be included. A four-door buffet with unique circular metallic door fronts will feature a polished steel stretcher base with a dark walnut surround. The wall behind the buffet will be finished with a two-toned cream pebble textured wall covering. The dining room’s ceiling will feature a drop-down coffer with a cross beam accent. Euro-pleat sheer drapery panels will complete the look.

The kitchen cabinetry will be finished in an alabaster tone with white quartz countertops on the perimeter and taupe-toned quartz on the large island. A backsplash fashioned from elongated diamond shaped glass and stone tile will provide a touch of glamour. Pendant lighting fixtures with twig-like stems and luminescent glass globes will be suspended over the island. Low-back counter-height barstools at the island will include blue and cream textured fabric and a dark walnut base. The breakfast nook will feature a dark walnut circular table with champagne metal accents on the feet and five contemporary wingback chairs with nail head detailing. A metal concave chandelier with a champagne finish will be suspended over the table.

The Marigold’s study will feature a three-tiered coffered ceiling detail. A Greek key shaped desk will be finished in off-white and driftwood tones and feature a high-back desk chair finished in driftwood and a neutral fabric. Behind the desk, a three-door live-edge credenza will be presented in a driftwood tone with acrylic legs. An open-armed occasional chair will be upholstered with royal blue velvet fabric and accompanied by a faux shagreen taupe-toned accent table. An off-white area rug with subtle blue geometric patterns will anchor the room.

The master suite vestibule will present floor and ceiling details that match the gallery hallway. The bedroom will showcase a bed with a walnut-toned frame and a vertically channeled neutral fabric wing-back style headboard surrounded by a walnut-toned border. Night stands with bowed fronts, decorative wing-shaped pulls, and a dark walnut finish will flank the bed. The dresser will be presented in a matching style. The sitting area will feature a wing back chair with royal blue linen fabric, nail head detailing, and dark walnut legs. The chair will be accompanied by a square soft gold geometric accent table with a mirrored top. A soft champagne gold lighting fixture with up-lighting will cast a soft glow throughout the space. The master bath will be finished with a taupe-toned metallic wall covering and feature flat front champagne-toned rift-cut vanity cabinetry and taupe quartz counter surfaces. Chrome and backlit faceted glass lighting fixtures will be mounted above the vanities. The back wall in the shower will be finished with decorative polished glass and stone pendant tile that will play against a light taupe porcelain tile floor.

The outdoor living area’s linear ventless fireplace wall will be finished with smooth stucco and accent tiles above the fire box opening. Furnishings in the conversation area will include two sofas, a pair of side chairs, and two ottomans all in a coco basket weave rattan with royal blue linen cushions and accent pillows in white and blue with a white pattern. The conversation area will include a rectangular coffered ceiling with the cross-beam detail. A river rock-shaped cocktail table will have a polished white resin finish. The island in the outdoor kitchen will feature a wood-look smoky ash grey Nature Kast base, an off-white granite countertop with flecks of graphite, and dark coco barstools with aluminum ladder backs. Vogue Interiors Principal Debbie DeMaria, ASID, IDS, announced that Jo Carter, the award-winning design firm’s Vice President of Sales and Marketing, has been selected to serve as a member of the Florida Homebuilder Association’s (FHBA’s) Sales and Marketing Council (FSMC) Board of Directors. FHBA’s FSMC was founded to help builders sell homes more effectively. The council offers educational opportunities, awards and recognition programs, and sales and marketing tools to its members. The council is dedicated to developing and promoting skills and professionalism in the sale and marketing of new homes through education, an interchange of ideas, recognition of outstanding achievement and community involvement. This strong united council serves as the catalyst to bind all components of the home building industry.

A native Ohioan, Carter has more than 30 years of sales and marketing experience in the construction industry. She was named Vogue Interiors’ Vice President of Sales and Marketing last November and is currently serving as the Chair of the Collier Building Industry Association’s (CBIA) Sales and Marketing Council. Carter has been named recipient of CBIA awards on three occasions, including being named Marketing Director of the Year in 2014, receiving the 2017 Leadership Award for her work as Chair of CBIA’s 2017 Parade of Homes, and receiving the 2018 Outstanding Leadership Award for her sales and marketing expertise. In 2015, Carter created and operated the Interior Design Broker, a firm that used Carter’s “Match-Maker Concept” to connect investors, builders, and homeowners while finding their perfect interior designer.

“We are extremely pleased the FHBA’s FSMC has acknowledged Jo Carter’s caliber and experience by naming her to serve on its Board,” said DeMaria. “Her knowledge of the new home construction and remodeling industry is exceptional. She is well known, admired, and respected throughout the greater Southwest Florida market and beyond, and has well established relationships with key decision makers within the industry. Those relationships, her knowledge, and her experience will serve the goals and objectives of the FSMC well on a statewide level. At the same time, Jo will continue to play a major role in expanding Vogue Interiors’ already impressive standing in residential and commercial interior design.”

“Being named to the FSMC’s Board is a tremendous honor,” said Carter. “The FSMC is responsible and responsive to the needs of the new home buying public and the markets it serves throughout the State of Florida. It provides an effective forum for the exchange of ideas with local, regional, and national experts in the sales and marketing of new homes. It also acts in cooperation with other industry related organizations to enhance communications, coordination of activities, legislative actions, community involvement and special projects. I am excited to join the other Board members in their ongoing efforts to positively impact the homebuilding industry in Florida and throughout the country.”
