Vogue Creating Interior for Stock’s Livia Model at Isles of Collier Preserve

Vogue Interiors has been selected to create the interior design for Stock Development’s furnished Livia model at Isles of Collier Preserve in Naples. The Livia’s 3,021 square feet under-air great room floor plan features an island kitchen with a walk-in pantry, a breakfast nook, a formal dining room, study, four bedrooms, three baths, a three-car garage, and an outdoor living area with a fireplace, an outdoor kitchen, conversation and dining areas, and a pool and spa. The great room, breakfast nook, and master bedroom open to the outdoor living area.

Vogue has created a sophisticated design for the Livia model that is clean and simple, yet bold and a bit daring. The design is balanced by soothing finishes that juxtapose contrasting elements. Acrylics, dark and light woods, and a blend of metals will deliver an array of colors and textures. Greige background tones will be accented by black, cream, taupe, and soft silver finishes and accessories. Soft greige ceilings, light white trim, and 22 by 22-inch light greige glazed porcelain tile flooring will contribute to the model’s sophistication.

Visitors to the Livia model will be greeted at a double-door entry and step into a foyer with a square coffered ceiling detail trimmed with crown molding and soft cove lighting. A mosaic flooring inlay fashioned from two by two-inch light greige glazed porcelain tile will mimic the shape of the coffered ceiling. A pendant lighting fixture done in black chrome with a fine chain detail will convey an air of sensual mystery as light peeks through the chain.

The great room will feature a drop-down trey ceiling with cove lighting. The feature wall in this generously sized space will be divided into three sections. The center section will be flanked by bumped-out columns and feature a textured mesh-like metallic reflective wall covering. A four-door credenza with a dark coco finish, mirrored door fronts, and diamond shaped gold accents will be positioned between the columns. The great room will include a dry bar with dark charcoal cabinetry and shelving and an off-white countertop. Furnishings will include a sofa with track arms and a side chair, both of which will be finished with soft white fabric and black, taupe, and cream-toned accent pillows. An acrylic sofa table with Greek key shaped accents on the bottoms of the legs will provide an additional note of interest. A pair of slipper chairs will be presented in a black finish with solid taupe fabric and a black faux rabbit accent pillow. The chairs will flank two drum-shaped side tables with a soft greige finish and aged brass accents. Two dark walnut wooden cocktail tables with acrylic legs, aged brass accents, and dark coco finished walnut lower shelves will be set side-by-side in the center of the space. A nine-light open-concept chandelier with a carbon black finish and a Havana gold accent band will be suspended over the cocktail tables. The furnishings will be anchored by a light pale grey area rug. Euro pleat sheer gauze drapery panels will flank the great room’s pocketing sliders that open to the outdoor living area.

The kitchen island’s base cabinet will have a dark charcoal finish that matches the great room’s dry bar. The look will be contrasted by alabaster perimeter cabinets. Both the island and the perimeter will feature off-white counter surfaces with a pale grey cast. Elongated grey and white multi-toned strips of marble will be presented in the kitchen’s backsplash. Hanging pendant lighting fixtures with a black finish and etched peek-a-boo geometric patterns and counter-height bar stools with a black finish and textured charcoal fabric will complete the look at the island. The breakfast nook will feature a beveled-edged circular glass-topped table with an aged bronze base and four chairs with a dark charcoal finish and grey fabric. A stunning lighting fixture with organza silk and a light linen shade will cast a soft diffused glow over the table.

The formal dining room will showcase a glass-topped table with a pair of metal pedestal bases. Two host chairs and four side chairs will have a charcoal finish and light grey fabric. A three-door sideboard will also have a charcoal finish and feature circular pulls and square stainless-steel accents.

The feature wall in the study will feature a graphite-toned built-in with five framed out wall details, scones with a satin black finish, and a grey wall covering with graphite accents. A black walnut writing desk with metal accents will be flanked by banks of drawers and included in front of the built-in. The desk will be accompanied by an ebony-toned leather chair. Other furnishings include a barrel-shaped occasional chair in a neutral fabric and a dark graphite finished base. A black square cage chandelier will be suspended above the desk. The space will be anchored by a grey and ivory area rug.

A king bed with a floor-to-ceiling off-white faux suede fabric upholstered headboard with three square panels will provide a memory point in the master bedroom. The bedding and accent pillows will be presented in taupes, blacks, greys, and creams. A black pleated drum shade chandelier with teardrop crystals will be suspended over the bed. The bed will be flanked by three-drawer black nightstands with acrylic pulls. The dresser will feature a black surround and a front finished in metallic silver. The sitting area overlooking the outdoors will include a side chair with black legs and ivory fabric that will be accompanied by a silver hammered-metal accent table.

The master bath will feature dual alabaster vanity cabinets with grey-veined off-white quartz counter surfaces. A chrome and glass horizontal lighting fixture will be placed above each vanity. Two by two-inch greige porcelain tile will be used on the shower floor and extend 18-inches up the wall to form a band all the way around the shower. Twelve by 24-inch tiles in the same color will extend from the top of the band to the ceiling and be accented with a second band comprised of octagon shaped grey glass tile. A gauze white sheer drapery will grace a window behind a free-standing tub.

The outdoor living area’s linear fireplace will be flanked by bump-outs and a third bump-out will extend from the fire box that will feature a two by two-inch matte finished charcoal surround. The fireplace wall will be finished with floor to ceiling 18 by 18-inch light grey ceramic tile that resembles stone. Furnishings in the conversation area by the fireplace will include a driftwood-toned woven rattan sofa the soft grey cushions, a matching side chair, a glass-topped woven rattan cocktail table, and a pair of nesting tables with concrete tops and metal bases. A neutral-toned area rug with a geometric black detail will anchor the seating area. The open-weave rattan dining table will have a glass top and match the driftwood-toned open-weave dining chairs that will feature a neutral fabric. Raven ash-grey cabinetry and a taupe and grey granite counter will be featured in the outdoor kitchen. Chaise lounges surrounding the pool will have a silver finish and neutral fabric and be accompanied by black toned garden stools.
