In the Programming Phase, Vogue's interior designers engage in client consultations to understand lifestyle preferences and design objectives, setting the course for the project. Collaboratively, we assess the job site, architectural plans, and explore potential enhancements. This phase also entails initial meetings with contractors to discuss changes, improvements, and construction logistics, ensuring a seamless process.
In the Design Development phase, we create detailed interior plans and specify materials based on the Programming Phase. We design the space, choose materials, and present them for client approval. In the subsequent stage, we finalize furniture layouts, select furnishings, paint colors, lighting fixtures, and flooring materials. We also curate decorative elements and, if desired, provide realistic renderings to bring the design to life.
In the Final Phase, once the design is approved and all materials and furnishings are ordered, our designer takes charge of construction and design installation. This involves coordinating contractors, making site visits to ensure alignment with the design, and meeting with all involved parties as needed. Throughout the process, the designer oversees the installation, ensuring a seamless execution.
