Vogue Creating Interior for Stock’s Madison II Model at Wild Blue

Vogue Interiors has been selected to create the interior design for Stock Development’s furnished Madison II model at the Wild Blue community. The Madison II’s 3,054 square feet under air open concept floor plan includes a living space with a great room, a large island kitchen, and a dining area. The plan also features a study, three bedrooms, a bonus room that is being designed as a fourth bedroom, and four and a half baths, one of which also functions as a pool bath. The great room, dining area, and bonus room all open to a large outdoor living area that will include spacious conversation and dining areas, an outdoor kitchen, and a pool and spa. The master bedroom opens to a private covered terrace. A three-car garage is also included.

Vogue has created a clean-lined, serene interior for the Madison II with an emphasis on comfort, sophistication, and practicality. The home’s transitional décor will mix a variety of textures, finishes, and fine details. Playful pops of color, including hints of muted aubergine, will be presented along with classic blues and neutrals against light grey backgrounds and pure white trim. Flooring in the primary living areas will be driftwood-toned hardwood. The foyer’s eight-light chandelier finished in polished stainless-steel with glass rod details will introduce the use of unique lighting fixtures throughout the home. A beautiful chrome-finished console in the foyer will feature a circular design and a glass top.

A feature wall with a two-tier bump-out design, parts of which will be wrapped in a driftwood-toned, wood grained wall covering, will provide a memory point in the great room. The center bump-out will be flanked by columns to create a deep space that will accommodate a four-door built-in cabinet with a light dove-grey finish. Faux wood wallpaper will be applied on the built-in’s trim details, as well as along the perimeter of the great room’s tray ceiling. Vintage platinum sconces mounted on the outside of the columns will feature opal glass. The second, shallower bump-out tier will extend to the right and left of the center section and will also be defined by columns. Furnishings in the great room will include a white fabric sofa accented by pillows with swirls of blues, neutrals, and aubergine. A matching chair and ottoman will be placed to the right of the sofa. A pair of cocktail tables with a driftwood finish and an aged accent mirror will be centered in the seating area. Two wood-framed occasional chairs will feature beautiful diamond shaped backs, white fabric to match the sofa, chair, and ottoman, and a metallic accent on the wood finish. Circular dark walnut end tables with glass tops and a bottom shelf will flank the sofa. The grouping will be anchored by an ivory low-pile area rug and by an alluring two-tiered chandelier with opal glass. Sheer cartridge pleat drapery panels flanking the pocketing sliders leading to the outdoor living area will be finished in an ivory tone with glass and chrome finished accent finials.

The Madison II’s kitchen will feature a large island with counter-height seating for four on dark coco finished barstools with light taupe fabric. Long linear pendants in a chrome finish will be suspended over the island. The island’s base cabinet will feature a soft grey dove finish that will play against the perimeter’s off-white cabinetry. White quartz counter surfaces with grey veining will be featured on both the island and the perimeter. The backsplash will showcase long narrow grey tiles with metal accents.

The adjacent dining area will also reflect Vogue’s commitment to creating a living environment that is comfortable, sophisticated, and practical. A four-door wooden buffet with a metal stretcher will be finished in a metallic soft champagne bronze color. The circular dining table will feature a substantial glass top with a unique base divided into two opposing half-circle base elements with opposing silver metallic and dark bronze finishes. Six dining chairs will include dark cappuccino finished legs, inside button backs, and a woven fabric in ivory and blue. The molding trim lining the perimeter of the dining area’s tray ceiling will be finished with the same faux wood wall covering found in the great room. Glass lighting fixtures with a dimple-like detail will be suspended on black cables and feature polished nickel sockets.

Four-shelf bookcases with lower cabinetry and an off-white finish will flank a two-paned window in the study and be connected by two shelves underneath the window. A desk with a driftwood finish, stainless-steel legs, and acrylic pulls will be accompanied by a functional desk chair with a wooden frame, chrome base, and neutral-toned fabric. A pair of side chairs flanking the room’s double-door entry will be presented with a driftwood finished frame, light taupe tufted button back leather, and bronze nail head accents. Each chair will be accompanied by bronze-toned circular side tables. Another unique chandelier, this one equal parts circular caged chrome and a chain detail, will be suspended from the center of the ceiling. The faux wood wall covering will be repeated on the perimeter of the tray ceiling. An off-white area rug will feature an ivory diamond-shaped pattern.

The master suite’s vestibule will display a colorful art piece. The master bedroom will be finished with a palette of ivories, neutrals, and soft muted aubergine. A king-sized bed will include a wooden frame and ivory fabric accents. The flat paneled headboard will also feature ivory fabric. Three-drawer nightstands with a light taupe metallic finish and acrylic pulls will flank the bed. A six-drawer dresser will have a matching finish and circular pulls. Another unique chrome chandelier with glass rod accents will provide a memory point. The sitting area will include an occasional chair in a neutral fabric with antique silver nail head details and a soft aubergine metallic accent pillow that will offer a bit of sparkle. A chrome-finished side table with a white marble top will be positioned adjacent to the chair. The room will be anchored by an ivory shag area rug.

Four chrome-finished pendant lights with a geometric tubular shape will be featured in the master bath. Off-white vanity cabinetry will be complimented by taupe-colored quartz counter surfaces. A free-standing tub will also be included. The room will present 24 by 24-inch grey porcelain tile flooring that will be carried into the walk-in shower. The same tile will transition to four two by five-inch vertical bands with another four vertical bands of glass tile accents.

The furnishings in the outdoor living area’s conversation area will feature tight woven rattan in a dark coco finish and muted aubergine fabric. The furnishings will include a pair of sofas, two swivel occasional chairs with flanking end tables, and two tightly woven coco rattan cocktail tables. The outdoor kitchen will showcase graphite-toned cabinetry, a blue pearl granite countertop, and a long off-white tile backsplash on the grill wall. A glass-topped pub-style dining table will be surrounded by six side chairs with a dark coco finish with a tight rattan detail.
