Vogue Interiors has created the interior for Stock Development’s Margo III furnished model at Wild Blue at Waterside. The design features crisp, fresh upholstery with strong, contrasting art and accessories in black and dark greens with hints of blush and berry. The furniture and fixtures are contemporary in an inviting, comfortable way. The flooring throughout features a smooth, light blond Island Bali Wood in 10 ¼” wide planks, with a decorative inset of mosaic waterjet stone tile in the foyer.
The foyer leads to a great room with pocketing sliders that open to the outdoor living area. Three drywall beams painted white span the ceiling tray. The feature wall is highlighted by a white metallic wall covering. Built-in cabinetry in white with a matching wood top provides ample storage. A floating shelf above the television is illuminated by three can lights. Picture framed niches flanking the cabinetry display decorative wall sconces. A chandelier emphasizes more of the beautiful cascading glass. Two sofas include a two-cushion seat style with a light-toned performance fabric. Other furnishings include a bench seat with a black and brown woven pattern; two rectangular travertine cocktail tables; two circular stone end tables; square-armed swivel chairs in a cream and taupe stripe with a dark sand lumbar pillow; and small metallic pull up tables.
The dining area’s rectangular glass-top table features a linen fabric wrapped base that compliments the sloped-arm dining chairs with a cream-colored performance fabric. A four-door buffet with contrasting wood finishes is placed in a niche featuring an accent wall color. The dining light fixture is an elongated version of the Lotus fixture in the foyer. Sheer fabric with a thin metallic stripe is used for drapery panels in the dining room and great room.
The kitchen cabinetry continues the white theme, with the island boasting painted taupe toned shaker style doors. The island’s pendant lights feature layered droplets of glass and polished nickel hardware. A crystal bloom chandelier over the kitchen table showcases rock crystals on an antiqued silver base. The countertops are Blanca Statuarietto quartz. Counter stools with square seats and squared backs match the style of the dining chairs in the nook. A circular glass top table features an open, airy brushed metallic coral-like base.
The cabinetry in the study offers storage for files and a pull-out shelf. A ceiling tray is highlighted in an accent paint color and a six-light chandelier in a brushed nickel finish. The open style desk with a pencil drawer and a green woven fabric desk chair anchors the workspace.
The bonus room opens to the outdoor living area. A wet bar with a beverage chiller and a geometric backsplash tile is set below three floating shelves. A pub table with upholstered stools offers a gathering place. A sectional sofa covered with an off-white performance fabric with colorful accent pillows provide abundant seating. An entertainment console with a light gray wood finish includes four-door storage. A cushioned swivel chair in a taupe and white animal print accompanies a tree-trunk side table. An oversized fifty-two-inch square cocktail table features a light wooden frame. A circular, 12-light brushed nickel chandelier is above the cocktail table.
A corridor leading to the master bedroom is flanked by walk-in closets. The bedroom is finished in off-white, taupe, berry and blush tones. The headboard wall features a light taupe wallcovering with splashes of sparkle. The headboard fabric is tufted in sunburst-style channels. An upholstered side chair is positioned near the sliding doors leading to a private outdoor sitting area. Overhead, an eight-light sputnik-style chandelier presents an intricate design.
In the master bathroom, the flooring and shower walls feature a Calcutta marble-style, large format tile. The walls are finished with a dark sand and champagne accent wallcovering. A white curved freestanding tub features a floor-mounted polished nickel filler and hand-held shower.

Four white-framed Adirondack chairs surround a gas firepit. The outdoor kitchen island includes a gas grill with a stainless-steel hood accented by porcelain tile in a wood plank style. Outdoor-safe cabinetry has shaker style doors in a gray finish and a natural granite countertop. A gas fireplace features a cast stone mantel and surround adorned with a herringbone stone tile.
