Vogue Interiors’ Debbie DeMaria, ASID, IDS, Christie Heeb, Licensed Interior Designer, and Stacy Jonsson, Design Assistant are creating the interior design for a luxurious, 7,090 square feet under air furnished custom estate residence in Pine Ridge Estates. Designed by architect Frank Comeriato, the residence is being developed by Amy Turner and built by Artisan Associates Ken Wells. The magnificent home features an expansive great room with wooden beam ceiling details, a double-island kitchen that includes a butler’s pantry, a dining room with a wine bar that showcases two refrigerated wine storage towers, a den, four bedrooms, four and a half baths plus a pool bath, a landscaped exterior courtyard, an outdoor living area with a stunning pool and spa, an island kitchen, and a sitting area with a fireplace, a two-story casita with a gym, two bedrooms, a full bath and a half-bath, and a motor court with two two-car garages.
The designers have created an inviting transitional interior design that will offer universal appeal for luxury homebuyers who prefer elegant surroundings that compliment a relaxed lifestyle. A color palette that features soft taupe backgrounds with cream, champagne, and oceanic blue accents will play against wide plank white oak flooring with a taupe finish.
Upon entry, visitors will be greeted by the foyer’s dramatic, two-tier chandelier of waterfall glass and silver. A shimmering impressionistic seascape horizon mural in soft oceanic blue and taupe tones will grace one of the walls. On the opposite wall, a dark wood console with a contrasting lighter face will be paired with a mirror.
The expansive great room will feature four wood beam ceiling details that will contribute to the room’s relaxed yet elegant ambiance. The feature wall will showcase a cream polished stone background and a linear fireplace flanked by accent niches with custom floating cabinets and a wooden wall covering finished in champagne and pearl tones. The presentation will also include a pair of faux fur upholstered benches and contemporary wall sculptures. Furnishings in the great room will also include a white-toned textured sofa with six complimentary pillows in oceanic blue and pearl tones, a pair of round wood and polished silver metal tables, two stone and silver cocktail tables flanked by four edgy pearl-toned upholstered chairs detailed with taupe leather and polished silver buckle details, and a stone topped polished nickel base sofa table. A tone-on-tone textured area rug will anchor the space.
The chef’s dream kitchen will feature two floating islands with luxurious Crystallo six-centimeter edge countertops and taupe cabinet bases. Three custom bronze and silver elongated pendant lights will be suspended over the outer island. Four tone-on-tone taupe performance fabric counter stools will have pearlized taupe finished frames with nickel accents. The perimeter cabinetry will be in a pearl tone with custom glass features against taupe quartz countertops that will also include a six-centimeter edge. The backsplash will be a luxurious white marble and mother of pearl geometric design finished with a custom hood. A spacious butler’s pantry will accommodate all manner of food preparation and serving. The butler’s pantry will include a custom frosted glass barndoor entry, taupe quartz countertops, neutral-toned tile flooring with a two-foot wood perimeter, and high-end appliances.
The dining area will showcase a rectangular wood table with a pearlized taupe finished top and a polished stainless-steel base. Eight dining chairs will feature champagne performance fabric with a taupe horizontal top detail. The wooden frames will also present a taupe finish. A custom designed elongated lighting fixture will highlight the table and compliment the wine bar’s dramatic exotic stone countertop in cream, taupe, and umber that create a sense of undulating movement. A large window above the bar and the two flanking wine towers will overlook the home’s tranquil landscaped courtyard.
A ceiling detail in the den will feature light charcoal and cream grasscloth set in between cross-shaped painted drywall beams. A writing desk will have brushed silver-toned metal legs and hardware with a dark platinum face and a charcoal top. The desk chair will be finished with a plush dark platinum fabric. A wooden console will be finished in a taupe tone and have sliding panels with a geometric design on the face. Two edgy occasional chairs will feature charcoal frames with splayed legs and wavy cream fabric with accents of silver, charcoal, and taupe. A circular hammered silver metal chairside table with a charcoal wood top will be positioned between the chairs. A chevron patterned hair-on-hide rug in charcoal, cream, grey, and taupe will anchor the space.
The master suite’s vestibule will feature a decorative chest with a soft metallic champagne and taupe finish and doors that open to storage shelves and a pair of drawers. Walk-in closets will flank the hallway leading to the master bedroom. The bedroom’s taupe, cream, and white color scheme will play against wood flooring and an area rug with pearl and taupe accents. The pearl-toned fully upholstered bed will include button tufting accents in the headboard. An impressive 126-inch three-piece dresser will include a pale taupe linen finish with polished nickel circular pulls. The nightstands will have a metallic champagne finish with polished nickel circular pulls and polished nickel ferrules. A bench at the foot of the bed will be covered with white faux fur fabric and include champagne-toned wooden legs. A pair of swivel chairs and an ottoman will feature an angular design and be accompanied by a table featuring a champagne-toned onyx top and a glass shelf.
The luxurious master bath will serve as a tranquil getaway. The space will include a stand-alone oval-shaped soaking tub, a walk-in shower, double vanities, and double water closets. The vanities will feature exquisite taupe-toned cabinetry with a high-gloss lacquered finish topped by exotic Taj Mahal stone counter surfaces. Each vanity will include a linen storage tower. The porcelain tile in the dual-entry shower will match the pearl and taupe-toned 28 by 48-inch main flooring that offers a subtle bit of movement. The shower entries will flank a feature wall behind the tub finished with a luxurious natural mother of pearl capiz.
