Vogue Interiors’ Debbie DeMaria, ASID, IDS and Interior Designer Treasa Dolan are creating the interior design for Stock Development’s Chandler III furnished model at The Isles of Collier Preserve. The 3,166 square feet under air residence will include three bedrooms, four full bathrooms and one half-bathroom, an open concept great room, dining area, and island kitchen, a den and a bonus room, an outdoor living area with a dining space, conversation area, and outdoor kitchen with a grill and a bar. The Chandler III will also feature a three-car garage.
Debbie and Treasa are creating a design that will feature edgy contrasts and contemporary furnishings and lighting fixtures, as well as elements that are soft, inviting, and comfortable. Their color palette will include warm, neutral, grey-toned backgrounds with warm cream, taupe, and charcoal accents. The flooring will showcase clean, pure, and unblemished wire-brushed European oak in seven and a half inch wide planks with a blond finish and a coat of durable polyurethane.
Visitors to the residence will be greeted in a foyer with a suspended angular three-tier chandelier pendant light with a black finish that complements a two-toned console table with a waterfall edge. An attractive art piece and a framed mirror will provide accent elements. The foyer will lead to a great room with pocketing sliders that open to the outdoor living area. Five drywall beams wrapped in a textured wood-like wallpaper in soft grey tones will provide interest overhead without being too heavy. The feature wall will be highlighted by a silver metallic wall covering that will bring a welcoming glimmer to the room. Two seven feet tall accent niches with recessed can lighting and a prominent accessory item will flank the opening for the television. A two-toned distressed television console will be presented in an ombre finish with varied brown tones that emit a feeling of movement. Other furnishings will include a bench seat style sofa with a light-toned performance fabric and four complimentary throw pillows in grey tones; a pair of round wood and metal tables that flank the sofa reflect the light from a playful pendant lighting fixture with a metal frame and eight clear glass lights; and a solid square cocktail table surrounded by four upholstered chairs with wooden frames, cream-colored fabric, and taupe-toned lumbar pillows with a silver beaded trim that will add some bling to the edgy chair style.
The dining area also opens to the outdoors. The dark finish of the dining table will contrast with the soft white performance fabric and the soft mid-tone grey finish of the six upholstered side chairs that bring bright relief to the eye. A framed abstract art piece will bring a bit of color to the space. The island base in the kitchen will have a rich charcoal finish with shaker style doors. The counter surface will be Summer Hill Cambria quartz with a calm, serene tonal value, and dramatic silver accents. Four counter stools with mid-grey toned frames that match the dining chairs will include a woven performance fabric in grey and cream. The Nordic white perimeter cabinetry will feature shaker style doors and satin nickel hardware. The counter surface will match Cambria quartz found on the island. Three by twelve-inch textured glass wall tile in a grey mist finish set in a subway pattern will provide an attractive backsplash.
A ceiling tray in the study will feature a basket-weave wall covering in soft grey tones that highlight the tray’s octagonal shape. The feature wall will include charcoal grey cabinetry and shelving that span the entire wall and provide ample storage, including file drawers and a pull-out shelf for a hidden printer. A knee space will offer a comfortable extra workspace and include three drawers. Two overhead wall cabinets and three floating shelves will be illuminated by LED lighting. The desk and desk chair will have sleek metal frames with a contemporary flair. The chair will include fabric in a mid-grey tone. The desk will have a dark, java wood-tone finish with a polished chrome metal frame and storage drawers. A square side table will have a wooden cross base in a java tone with a white glass top.
The bonus room’s corner pocketing sliders will open to the outdoor living area. A two-cushioned sofa will feature a stained wooden base and performance fabric in a soft slate-grey color with softly textured accent pillows in cream and cream and grey. The sofa will be flanked by circular gun metal-colored tables with a base that includes three metal legs. Decorative table lamps will be set on the tables. A side chair will have a whimsical dotted fabric with a cream background and grey dots and include a matching ottoman. The cocktail table will also have a metal base with a decorative chain accent and a metal top in a gun metal color. A console on the wall opposite the sofa will be a companion piece to the cocktail table. A variegated cream and grey area rug in a loop yarn will complete the look.
A framed mirror will hang on the wall in the master bedroom’s vestibule. The hallway leading to the bedroom will be flanked by walk-in closets. The headboard wall will be painted in a grey accent paint color. A plush shag rug will invite the owners to step into this well-balanced room that will include a fully upholstered faux leather bed with a high-backed winged headboard, a light taupe bedspread with a silver thread pattern, and three Euro pillows with a watercolor pattern in grey, cream, and taupe. A high-back upholstered side chair will have performance fabric that is soft to the touch. The beautiful dresser and matching nightstands will have a stria cream finish, specialty hardware, and chrome metal feet. A round nickel pendant chandelier with four lights will present an intricate design.
The flooring in the master bath will be cream and grey striped Zevarino tile with an eye-catching design that is softened by a swirling wallpaper in a soft taupe tone. The taupe shower floor and walls will complement the floor tile. A white curved freestanding tub will have a satin nickel filler and hand-held shower. A five-light fixture with decorative glass will illuminate his and her Nordic white cabinets with shaker-style doors.
Furnishings in the outdoor living area will include a metal powder-coated dining table with a black finish and metal chairs with black frames, grey metal backs, and metal feet; loungers with black metal frames and a grey mesh material; a sofa with grey cushions and durable outdoor performance fabric; woven grey lounge chairs; a rectangular cocktail table; and a whimsical grey animal print outdoor rug. A bar will include four metal-framed bar-height stools with meshed backs and meshed seats. The bar will feature cabinetry with a shaker door style in a fossil grey color and a counter surface in a soft grey muted patterned Dekton material. The grill wall will present three by six-inch subway tile to the left and right of the grill. The Dekton will be set over the grill.
