Vogue Interiors announced it has completed the design and execution of the interior of Stock Signature Homes’ Windsor model residence at Quail West. The Windsor is one of over twenty furnished models being showcased during the 2015 Joint, Single-Site CBIA-LBIA Parade of Homes being held at Quail West today and Friday, February 6 through Sunday, February 8. Hours on Fridays and Saturdays are 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. and Sundays 11:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

The Windsor model’s elegant, 4,155 square feet under air great room floor plan includes a formal dining area, a gourmet island kitchen and breakfast area, a study, three bedrooms, four-and-a-half baths, an exercise room, a club room, an outdoor living area with a fireplace and summer kitchen, and two two-car garages.

Vogue’s Sheila Corasaniti, IDS has created a serene, comfortable interior style to accentuate the Windsor’s architectural design that includes numerous ceiling details and applied moldings. Her exceptionally soft color palette includes pewter, pale grey, celery green, and off-white tones with celery green, apricot, silver and metallic accents. White porcelain tile with grey veining in the living areas conveys a Carrara marble look, while the weathered grey tones of the porcelain tile in the study has a wood-like feeling.

Visitors to the Windsor are greeted in a foyer flanked by niches with a beaded grass cloth wall covering in a soft celery tone. Each of the niches features impressive art pieces. The foyer provides a view through the great room’s pocketing sliders of the Windsor’s grand outdoor living area and pool. A feature wall in the great room includes two columns framing a wall-mounted television. Each of the columns includes sconce lighting fixtures. A wet bar is situated to the right of the television wall. To the left, Corasaniti has created a low built-in with a pewter finish and a white granite top with flecks of grey. A shelf for displaying collectibles is set on the wall above the built-in.

A white sofa with soft ribbed chenille fabric, contemporary tufting, an attractive channel back design detail, and large decorative pillows provides a focal point in the great room’s conversation area. Other furnishings include light white open-sided chairs, a chrome and glass cocktail table with a geometric pattern on the legs, one glass end table with a wood shelf in a washed grey finish, a second tiered end table in an ivory finish with chrome, and a beautiful textured shag area rug.

The dining room showcases the Windsor’s extensive use of applied molding details. The walls above a chair rail are finished in a dark charcoal grey while applied moldings create contemporary wainscoting panels below the rail. A rectangular all-wood pedestal dining table is finished in a cool grey with a metallic overlay and surrounded by chairs with pewter finished legs and grey-toned fabric. Corasaniti has selected a built-in with a cream finish and a light neutral granite to fill the room’s niche wall. A beautifully designed mirror is hung above the built-in. Cream-toned silk draperies complete the look.

Corasaniti finished the kitchen’s large counter height island with a light grey base that plays against white perimeter cabinetry. Counter surfaces throughout the room are white granite with specs of light celeries and greys. Clean-lined high-back barstools line the island and are presented with a striping effect using cream vinyl and chrome. The kitchen also includes a walk-in pantry with a door finished to appear as an extension of the cabinetry.

The adjoining breakfast nook is defined by a semi-circular window overlooking the outdoor living area. Corasaniti furnished the space with a glass-topped pedestal table and chairs executed in an oatmeal linen fabric with chrome nail head trim and wooden legs with a smoked finish. A contemporary lighting fixture with wavy textured glass is highlighted by a chrome band.

Corasaniti has designed the Windsor’s club room to convey a decidedly masculine feeling with numerous textures and details. The room includes a full wet bar with a granite countertop, dark-toned cabinetry, bar sink, and beverage refrigerator. A television is hung above the bar. Closets with French doors painted in the trim color flank the bar to provide a den-like feeling. A dark-toned, wood-like tile floor and a coffered ceiling with a velour-like smoky grey wall covering detail contribute to the masculine feeling of the space. Matching oversized contemporary wing chairs with a pinstripe pattern flank a console presented in a charcoal, weathered wood look. Additional seating is provided by a light grey sofa with hide pillows.

A beautiful custom built-in brings both elegance and functionality to the study. Lower closed filing cabinetry is finished in a cream tone with a grey top, while the built-in two-toned desk features a cream top and silver metallic legs. Open bookcases are set above the lower cabinetry. The desk chair is in a washed driftwood with a medallion pattern. An accent chair presents a wavy pattern also reflected in a cornice board that includes side panels with a silver metallic fabric.

Just off the hallway leading to the master suite, the Windsor’s exercise room offers a full complement of workout equipment, including a stationary bike, an elliptical machine, free weights, an exercise ball, a yoga mat, jump rope, a bench to sit on, and mirrored walls. Corasaniti has covered the walls with a faux leather and used a tight, low nap Berber carpeting with soft cushioning on the floor. Double doors open the space to the outdoor living area.

Corasaniti has created an exquisite contemporary upholstered bed with grey metallic tufted linen fabric and crystal Swarovski nail head details in a diamond pattern for the master bedroom. Matching night stands with mirrored-front drawers and a dresser are presented in a cream finish. An elegant sunburst mirror is set above the dresser. Matching pearlescent faux leather chairs with chrome arms and legs flank a metallic-silver table in the sitting area.

The master bath features light, two-toned greyish-taupe and white porcelain tile flooring, a free-standing tub, contemporary mirrors, and sconce lighting. The vanity cabinetry is finished in a light cream tone with light creamy granite countertops and chrome fixtures. Tile designs with reflective metallic and silver materials are presented in the shower.

The Windsor’s expansive outdoor living area reflects Stock’s penchant for creating inviting outdoor spaces. Corasaniti has chosen swivel lounge chairs and a sofa for the conversation area in front of a fireplace that has contemporary woven frames in a pale driftwood color and light sail cloth fabric with apricot and celery accent pillows. The fireplace wall is presented in an alternating horizontal pattern of textured cream chiseled stone and smooth stone. The outdoor kitchen’s backsplash presents a similar pattern and complement a chiseled stone detail on the back wall. The kitchen includes an L-shaped counter-height island with a granite counter surface and barstools in a weathered grey metal.
