Vogue Interior Design News

Vogue Interiors announced it has been selected to design and execute the interior for a Casa Arianna residence being built by Harbourside Custom Homes in the Fairgrove neighborhood at Talis Park. Fairgrove offers golf course, water and preserve views. The neighborhood presents 24 south facing homes. Italian Renaissance designs are joined by a Spanish Eclectic style. Homes in Fairgrove range from 3,100 to 4,000 square feet. Vogue’s award-winning interior designer Leslie Gebert, Allied Member, ASID is creating the interior for the 3,935 square feet, four bedroom, four bath Casa Arianna. The great room floor plan includes a fireplace, wet bar, his and her studies, a formal dining room, a gourmet island kitchen, a two-car garage, and a one-car garage. A summer kitchen and fireplace are featured in the outdoor living area.

Gebert’s design concept for the Casa Arianna will combine elegance and grace with easy comfort for a practical and refined lifestyle. Set against a foundation of ivory stone flooring, her plan calls for soft champagne metallics with sophisticated layers of rich eggplant and purples blended with ivory tones for distinctive contrasts.

The Arianna’s open flow will be immediately evident upon entering the home’s spacious foyer. Square painted columns will define an airy dining room on the left as a grand hallway sweeps past to the great room and kitchen beyond. Three handsome rectangular coffered ceiling details, each adorned with metallic sheen eggplant grasscloth, will mark the progression through this elegant space. Below, decorative 2 x 2-inch tile detailing in a blend of the ivory stone will define corresponding rectangles in the floor for harmonious balance. Striking chandeliers with the look of crystal and amethyst sunbursts will be suspended from each coffer.

Suspended from the faux finished double coffer in the dining room, a large rectangular crystal chandelier will illuminate a long glass-top table. The chairs will be upholstered in a tone-on-tone white zebra pattern to contrast with a dark espresso finish on the wooden legs. A stylish mirrored detailing will be applied to the back wall and include a pair of attractive sconces.

An opening from the dining room will lead into a well-appointed wet bar that also serves the great room. The bar’s back wall will be faux finished in a delicate champagne color with upper and lower cabinetry executed in a soft taupe. The upper cabinets will feature lighted glass fronts. The dynamic backsplash, in laser cut tiles of taupe and white, will present the look of a rounded diamond pattern. The bar itself will be executed in Taj Mahal granite and will feature three dark-legged stools upholstered in an ivory fabric.

The spacious great room will display an elaborate ceiling treatment with back-lighted floating beams in a rectangular coffer. Pocketing sliders will open to the covered lanai and offer spectacular south-facing views and beautiful natural light. A feature wall that incorporates a centered fireplace flanked by columns will dominate the great room. The lower half of the fireplace wall will be decorated with a repetition of the 2 x 2-inch stone tile detail found in the foyer while a mauve pleated metallic wallpaper will add a shimmery glow above. On either side of the columns, base cabinets in a soft taupe finish will be topped with lighted glass cabinets to perfectly showcase objets d’art. The seating arrangement will include two swivel chairs in a neutral velvet and two large sofas arranged in an L-shape and upholstered in a soft ivory textured fabric. Each sofa will be adorned with long kidney pillows in an ivory and amethyst leopard print. A beautifully textured rug in deep eggplant will form the foundation for a fascinating glass-topped cocktail table in silver fashioned to resemble a large spreading tree trunk. Two contemporary side tables in a gray finish with large chrome ring pulls will complete the ensemble.

The great room will flow easily into a comfortable kitchen featuring a generous island with food prep and entertainment space. The island’s base cabinetry will be executed in a muted taupe while the perimeter cabinetry will be finished in a soft off-white with a misty taupe glaze. The unified granite counters and backsplash will present a vibrant swirling blend of white, light taupe, and brown tones.

In the adjacent breakfast nook, angled mitred windows will overlook Talis Park’s glorious tableau. A circular glass-topped table will be paired with elegant tall chairs upholstered in amethyst metallic suede.

In the outdoor living area, Gebert will create a congenial space suitable for entertaining a large family and guests. The summer kitchen’s cabinetry will be finished in an espresso color that matches the tongue-in-groove ceiling overhead. On the counters and walk-up island bar, a serene granite in soft taupe will add contrast. A bistro table will provide separate casual seating. Nearby, two 54-inch square tables in a dark brown outdoor rattan finish will offer flexible dining whether joined together or set apart. Ten stackable chairs, easily stored, will extend the dining options. An impressive fireplace wall will be adorned with 20 x 20-inch tile in a deep taupe hue. The firebox itself will have a contemporary rectangular design. Gathered around this relaxing conversation area, Gebert will establish a comfortable seating group for seven. A woven rattan sofa with decorative purple pillows and four swivel chairs will be anchored by an outdoor rug in cream and purple zebra stripes.

In addition to the gentleman’s library, this residence will feature an enchanting lady’s study at the front of the home. The walls of this charming space will be decorated with a silver and white grass cloth to blend beautifully with a pale amethyst and off-white rug. Overhead, a crystal and gold bubble chandelier will add panache. An ivory shagreen desk will be paired with a velvet chair with Lucite legs. Enhancing the sense of feminine serenity, Gebert will include a customized day bed with beautiful velvet end bolsters.

Double doors will lead into the vestibule of the master suite where a faux finished artwork niche will create an immediate sense of tranquility. The bedroom will be decorated in soft creams, taupes, and champagne with a touch of metallic purple. An upholstered bed with a tall cream headboard will showcase metallic wood detailing. A decorative mirror will adorn the wall overhead. On either side, antique mirrored nightstands will reflect the beauty of two contemporary squared-off dressers aligned to create one long piece in a platinum metallic finish. In the lady’s closet, Gebert will install wallpaper in a tone-on-tone large animal print.

The flooring in the master bathroom will be executed in a rectangular taupe porcelain tile and provide a foundation for a softly textured off-white rug. His and her vanity cabinetry will be finished in glazed ivory with granite countertops in soft beige. A stool with Lucite legs and a textured amethyst velvet seat will add dimension. The soaking tub will showcase a granite deck surround and front cabinetry panels. The flooring will continue in the shower where a broad iridescent horizontal Listello will add a delicate shimmer.

Vogue Interiors announced it has completed the design and execution of the interior for Stock Signature Homes’ Useppa furnished model at Stock Development’s Hidden Harbor community located between Naples and Fort Myers on the shores of the Gulf of Mexico. Hidden Harbor is a 55-acre community featuring a boating lifestyle with captivating water views, private boat slips, world-class fishing, and a residents-only clubhouse. At build-out, Hidden Harbor will include 76 contemporary coastal estate homes ranging from 2,500 to 3,500 square feet. The Useppa model is one of five furnished models that are being showcased at Hidden Harbor.

Vogue’s interior designer Sheila Corasaniti, IDS created the interior for the 2,789 square feet under air Useppa model. The open concept great room floor plan includes four bedrooms, four-and-a-half baths, a study, a three-car garage, and an outdoor living area featuring a covered lanai with a summer kitchen and dining and conversation areas, as well as a spacious deck with a large pool and spa. The great room flows into a gourmet island kitchen with counter-height barstool seating and into a dining area overlooking the pool and spa. Ninety-degree pocketing sliders completely open the great room to the outdoor living area.

Corasaniti’s groundbreaking vision for the Useppa model combines a breezy coastal look with modish Miami chic. She has incorporated driftwood, stone and other natural materials to create an eye-catching array of texture. The highly polished 24 x 24-inch porcelain tile floor in the main living areas invokes Miami flair, while the vivacious color palette blends aquas and soft apple greens with beige and white for a fresh, lively appeal.

The natural elements begin in the foyer where the walls are adorned with a striking covering derived from the abaca banana tree, native to the Philippines. With the look of reeded grass cloth interwoven with silver thread, it presents a remarkable backdrop to a statement bench finished in a tufted off-white fabric with nail heads and a tall hat tree artfully fashioned out of interwoven driftwood branches. Overhead, a contemporary chrome chandelier embellished with droplets of crystal is dazzling.
Double doors to the left lead from the foyer to the study where light beige-gray driftwood flooring, laid horizontally, presents a charming foundation for two étagères created with driftwood, chrome, and glass. An extraordinary driftwood desk and lime green chair float in front. The walls are painted a light gray with soft off-white linen drapes that are also seen elsewhere in the home. An occasional chair, upholstered in linen, is decorated with a pillow that incorporates all the apple green, aqua, and taupe tones in Corasaniti’s palette.

Beyond the foyer, the great room offers an expansive welcoming space that includes the dining room and kitchen. Corner pocketing sliders and wide windows create a sense of light and connection to the glorious outside. Corasaniti’s has incorporated dramatic ceiling beams wallpapered with the look of driftwood that span the entire area to add texture and vitality.

The great room’s feature wall showcases a modern floating cabinet in an off-white finish with shelves at the sides and a shelf over the television. The background wall tone is a soft neutral beige. Gathered around, the seating group includes a sofa in off-white linen with chrome nail heads accented by pillows featuring wide stripes in all the home’s fresh colors of aqua, apple green, pale blue and off-white. Two accent barrel chairs with chrome frames are upholstered in off-white. A Miami-style Lucite cocktail table with a glass top is blended with chrome and glass sofa tables. For contrast, one of the end tables is a stunning cube design all in natural teak-toned wood. Suspended over the seating group, a twisted chrome chandelier floats extravagantly like seaweed.

When the pocketing sliders are opened, the great room and outdoor living areas combine to create the sense of a truly remarkable, all-encompassing space. Outside, the furnishings are upholstered in an off-white material as a natural extension of the inside design. The dining area features a table with seating for six. The summer kitchen along one wall houses cabinetry in stainless steel and light cream granite counters that display flecks of black, gray, and soft green. The wall behind the grill is finished with stacked stone. The pool itself is L-shaped with crisp angles and an exquisite bright aqua tile at the water line for a beguiling Miami look. A fire pit emphasizes the drama of this luxurious entertainment space.

In the indoor dining area, which enjoys spectacular views of the pool, a rectangular driftwood-finish table is paired with six matching chairs upholstered in linen. Overhead, a modern chandelier with the look of bent chrome tubing and crystal adds a contrasting twist. A double curio cabinet in an off-white finish is showcased against a painted wall of bright aqua for a fresh burst of color against the muted beige walls of the great room. Additional vibrancy is provided by colorful vases and accessories in the cabinet. The wide window is framed by soft sheer draperies in white.

Off-white tones continue in the beautiful kitchen where extensive cabinetry with simple shaker style doors and chrome hardware is featured around the perimeter and on the generous island. All counter surfaces are executed in a handsome granite with striations of taupe, gray, and off-white. Sanded river rock creates a backsplash that provides remarkable texture and a sense of cohesion. The side walls and areas above the cabinetry feature a printed natural grass cloth with silver metallic accents. At the island, metal counter stools are adorned with happy apple green tie cushions while overhead decorative pendant lights formed of chrome and crystal tubes add pizzazz.

Corasaniti’s design in the master bedroom includes a glamorous silver metal poster bed with a headboard in off-white fabric with buttoned tufting set against another accent wall of bright aqua. The other walls are painted in the light soft beige. The dresser and night stands are represented in shades of off-white while the light bed linens are accented by a wavy fabric in apple and aqua. A flamboyant chrome chandelier with crystal fluting adds the finishing touch.

A hallway leads past two walk-in closets to a master bathroom offering bright, fresh appeal. His and her vanity cabinetry in an off-white finish are topped with granite counters in taupe and cream. The flooring is executed in a light porcelain tile with a driftwood feeling. The shower blends glass tile with 12 x 24-inch stacked tiles to create a wide vertical border. Enhancing the room’s natural elegance, a stand-alone tub is located along the back wall.

The grays carry through to the kitchen, informal living areas, and upstairs where they are harmonized with neutral taupes, putties, and creams which provides a smooth transition to each guest suite having its own personalized color scheme. The first floor exudes an aura of sophisticated elegance while the second floor trends in a more casual direction to provide relaxed comfort for visitors.

Paulin’s design creates a dramatic impact immediately upon entry to the home’s reception area where she uses elaborate decorative insets in the highly polished cream marble flooring. The foyer presents impressive views of a grand living room with soaring 30-foot ceilings, fabulous furniture, and three-tiered drapes. The vista expands to include a glimpse through angled pocketing sliders of a pool with active fountains and fire bowls. To the left, the dramatic circular stairwell with its dark wood finish and custom metal railings rises gracefully to the second story.

The formal dining room showcases a grand traditional style table with distinctive mellow-toned woods, including insets and gilding. The hand-carved dining chairs are French in design with a lovely contemporary fabric on the back. The room is open along one wall to the butler’s pantry where a display of custom metal artwork creates a focal point.

The expansive formal living room is defined by custom carved stone columns to the second floor gallery. The feature wall showcases a carved stone fireplace with a stone mantel and two matching columns that support an elegant arch over which fine artwork is displayed. Deep niches on either side have tall decorative displays of contemporary silver tree branches. Gathered around the fireplace are two upholstered 90-inch wide sofas in a cream fabric with multiple pillows in taupe, cream, and butter yellow, and two French bergere chairs in similar tones. A contemporary black lacquer coffee table with a butter-toned onyx top contrasts the sofa and end tables finished in silver gold. A custom area rug in the same pattern as the featured fabric pillows anchors the space.

Adjacent to the living room is a gorgeous semi-circular custom built-in bar with four black armchairs on casters and finished in a beautiful taupe chenille fabric. The cabinetry within the step down bar area is executed in dark wood while the bar top is black marble and stunning custom apron detail are a complementary high-polish creamy marble background.

The backsplash combines golden onyx with buttery tile that displays a shimmery cracked glaze effect. A custom range hood in a combination of stone and copper with corbels and a mantel adds stunning color. A central five-sided island with a black granite surface and painted cream cabinetry offers seating for three. A larger outer island offers seating for five with cabinetry and granite to match the kitchen’s perimeter.

The generous breakfast nook accommodates a large circular wood table with a dark hand-carved twisted base. The eight chairs are in a complementary caramel color with leather seats and simple oval leather backs. A circular ceiling detail ties in with the wood beams in the kitchen and the dark tones of the spiral staircase.

In the family room, Paulin has introduced a more rustic theme with a large L-shaped sectional in plush patterned chenille accompanied by a long sofa table in a weathered sandy finish and a second three-seat matching sofa. The cocktail table has a casual wood plank top and traditional carved detailing. A custom entertainment center in the same rich wood used in the kitchen houses a large television with shelving on either side. Pocketing sliders open to provide a seamless transition to the outdoor kitchen and dining space.

The outdoor kitchen’s focal wall features stacked stone in an arch shape and a marble backsplash behind a grill with a faux copper custom hood in terracotta tones. The outdoor dining table seats ten and features a glorious multi-toned marble top set on a black granite base. A fabulous double-sided fireplace in the outdoor conversation area accommodates a large recessed television. A sofa and four huge swivel chairs encourage relaxation and are anchored by a stunning area rug that unites all the colors.

A private foyer bids welcome to the enormous master suite. The magnificent bed and nightstands are elevated on a luxurious carpeted platform. Against a backdrop of mother of pearl shell wallpaper in a gray-fawn swirl motif, the hand-carved headboard is upholstered with beautiful pleated chenille fabric. An armoire artfully accommodates a built-in breakfast bar with a refrigerator and sink. The bedroom has been discreetly wired for operating the glamorous drapery treatments and a retractable television stowed in the bed’s footboard. A wall separates the bedroom from a sitting area which also functions as her office with built-in cabinetry, a floating desk, and pretty chaise lounge.

The sumptuous bathroom, wallpapered in silver cork, features an exotic raised island tub finished in elegant granite and flanked by custom stone columns. The shower displays decorative arches on each wall with intricate water jet designs. Elegant dark vanity cabinetry contrasts beautifully with the classic marble flooring that extends into her closet with its push button revolving clothes rack.

The study epitomizes refinement with floor-to-ceiling wood paneling and a matching desk and cabinetry. An elaborate design in the high-polish marble flooring adds distinction.

Upstairs, a gallery hallway provides dramatic views on either side to the first floor. In addition to four guest suites, the second floor includes a vast entertainment area with a wet bar. Tiered theatre seating across from a massive television framed by charcoal gray shelving encourages comfortable lounging. Vogue Interiors announced designer Leslie Gebert, Allied Member, ASID has completed the interior design for a San Michele residence built by Harbourside Custom Homes in Talis Park’s Fairgrove neighborhood. Fairgrove’s In the Park lifestyle offers stunning golf course, water and preserve views. The “single loaded” neighborhood presents 24 south facing homes on just one side of the street. Unobstructed views to the north include a Talis Park preserve and a golf course in an adjacent community. Italian Renaissance designs honor the more traditional view of Naples’ architecture and are joined by a Spanish Eclectic style that offers a perfect complement.

The San Michele floor plan is perfectly suited to Fairgrove’s park-like ambiance. The spacious 3,693 square feet under air floor plan includes a large great room that flows into a magnificent gourmet island kitchen, a formal dining room, study, craft room, four bedrooms, five full baths plus a pool bath, an outdoor living area with a summer kitchen, fireplace, pool and spa overlooking the Talis Park Golf Club’s picturesque 12th fairway, a two-car garage and a one-car garage.

Gebert’s soft traditional design incorporates a color palette of creams and muted blues with warm taupe accents. Beautiful light fixtures in soft champagnes have been introduced throughout the home with the addition of some contemporary artwork to add flair to the traditional look. With neutral stone flooring in the main living areas, the overall effect is one of soft, light elegance.

A long hallway leads from the foyer to the great room. In this space, Gebert has integrated polished mocha-colored marble borders into the travertine flooring to mirror three rectangular coffers overhead, themselves adorned with a metallic silver leaf covering and cove lighting. A credenza with mirrored door fronts and champagne-toned edges provides the foundation for a large contemporary abstract painting in soft blues.

Three arched openings and columns in the hallway define the entry to the dining room. On the back wall, applied moldings frame mirrored panels to create a dramatic feature wall enhanced by elegant sconces. The ceiling tray is faux finished in soft taupe and champagne and illuminated with subtle cove lighting. A beautiful chandelier is suspended over a rectangular glass top table with a wooden V-shape base featuring traditional moldings. Six dining chairs upholstered in aqua velvet in a laser-cut giraffe print create harmony.

A wet bar conveniently serves both the dining room and the great room. Cream cabinets with a soft brown glaze blend perfectly with a travertine backsplash arranged in a subtle monochromatic harlequin pattern. The base cabinetry and bar are topped with beautiful Taj Mahal quartzite surfaces. Three stylish barstools with low backs provide casual seating.

The spacious great room showcases an impressive feature wall. In the center, a large television is mounted over a chic console in dark wood with capiz shell doors and large circular hardware. On either side, custom base cabinetry finished in glazed cream forms the foundation for tall custom arched structures adorned at the front with distinctive fluted moldings. Stepped back shelving within the arches allows for ornamental display. Across from the television, an oriental rug in soft aqua blues and cream provides the foundation for a comfortable seating arrangement in light neutral tones. A sofa in nubby taupe linen is decorated with pillows in aqua, taupe and cream while two complementary side chairs are finished in soft taupe velvet. In the center, a circular metallic cocktail table features a Greek key edge and a glass top. Overhead, a striking chandelier is suspended from a remarkable octagonal coffered ceiling design. Gorgeous draperies in a tailored inverted pleat frame the wide pocketing sliders and extend into the adjacent breakfast nook. Their tone on tone cream geometric pattern adds drama and elegance to the room.

A kitchen that opens to the great room features a wide island that accommodates four upholstered bar stools and is illuminated by milked glass pendant lights in a restoration hardware style. The island cabinetry is executed in a deep walnut while the perimeter cabinetry has a glazed cream finish. The countertops throughout are a soft creamy gray granite with a suggestion of blue. The same granite extends up for the wall to create a graceful backsplash.

A soft aqua tone-on-tone wallpaper adorns the walls of the adjacent breakfast nook while the draperies provide some creamy contrast. The circular glass top table seats four with traditional framed chairs. The table base in shaped like an hour glass and faux finished to match the kitchen’s perimeter cabinetry.

In the working study, a two-tone custom built-in features file drawer and glass-fronted tower storage on either side of an incorporated desk. In signature Vogue style, an applied molding, similar to a chair rail, encircles the room about 24-inches from the ceiling. Above the molding gray metallic cork wallpaper provides striking contrast with a metallic bronze grass cloth beneath. On the hand-scraped walnut floor, an oriental rug in deeper blues with taupe and cream adds gravitas while to one side a round table and two chairs provides a small conference area. Grommeted cream drapes blend beautifully with the walls while aqua blue accents complement the rug.

The color theme of blues and cream continues in the master suite where elegant furnishings showcase metallic finishes. A tall canopy bed in a champagne metallic is dressed with soft blue linens and creamy pillows. The distressed beige wood nightstands provide glamorous shimmer with antiqued mirrored drawers. A large armoire, also in the champagne metallic finish, features generous cabinet and drawer storage with mullioned glass-fronted towers on either side framing a television. A cream-framed French chair and ottoman upholstered in soft blue chenille, sheer cream draperies, and a delicate champagne chandelier add to the dreamy elegance of the bedroom.

In the master bathroom glazed cream vanity cabinetry and light creamy granite countertops blend beautifully with the neutral stone on the floors and shower walls. A free-standing tub is showcased against a backdrop of glamorous wallpaper in an intricate design of soft blues and metallics. Overhead, the chandelier matches the bedroom.

Outside, Gebert has created a welcoming living space in neutral relaxed tones set against a background of gorgeous stone flooring. At one end, the outdoor kitchen with a granite countertop is accompanied by a bistro table and chairs with an Asian feel – the perfect spot for a glass of wine while supper is grilling. The adjacent dining area features a stylish table with a cream stone top, a woven base in soft butterscotch, and medium-toned metallic legs. The set features matching chairs. At the other end of the wide lanai, a casual seating group is gathered around a stunning floor-to-ceiling corner fireplace adorned with chiseled stone. Here, a wall-mounted television provides additional entertainment. A curved contemporary sofa with a continuous cushion and multiple cream and gold pillows is paired with matching side chairs and a glass top table with a woven base.

Vogue Interiors announced that award-winning interior designer Leslie Gebert, Allied Member, ASID, has completed the interior design of a luxury residence built by Harbourside Custom Homes in Palmira that features an architectural design by Weber Design Group. Gebert’s transitional design brings drama and glitter to the home’s 2,762 square feet under air great room floor plan. The plan includes a formal dining room, an expansive kitchen with a spacious island bar, a study, three bedrooms, three full baths and a pool bath that also serves as a powder room, an entertainment room with a bar, a large covered lanai with a summer kitchen, and a three-car garage.

Gebert’s sophisticated design allows for an exceedingly comfortable, welcoming home, yet she has incorporated drama and shimmer throughout for a show-stopping result. Her color palette is neutral with creams evolving into browns and blacks with touches of silver and gold metallic for glamorous accents. The flooring in the main living areas is a darker porcelain tile with lots of movement in golds, browns and blacks.

The foyer bids welcome with a simple, contemporary ‘rug’ inset in the porcelain floor using a black absolute granite tile with black and white striped borders. Overhead a magnificent, oversized chandelier adds eye-catching sparkle.

Immediately to the left of the foyer, Gebert has created an entertainment room defined by columns and soffit detailing. The space is open to the foyer and living room. Here, a beautiful black baby grand piano creates an immediate statement and is accompanied by elegant bar cabinetry in dark wood with bold hardware and a black marble top set against a wallpapered mica backdrop. A bistro-height table in an espresso tone with four chairs is anchored by a beautiful area rug in camels and golds. Overhead, the octagonal coffered ceiling features a faux finish enhanced by an elegant fan in black and gold. Charming artwork and a striking circular mirror decorate the walls, while the window is dressed with full tied-back drapes in a linen fabric with metallic gold detailing.

Past the foyer, a golf-themed study is entered through double French doors with glass mullions. The coffered ceiling features beige painted beams in a checkerboard pattern with crown molding in all the coffered areas. A grass cloth in creams and light browns covers the walls. A dark gray-brown wooden desk with a distressed finish floats in the center of the space and is paired with a leather executive chair. Behind the desk, matching file cabinets flank a window adorned with a handsome linen drapery treatment. A comfortable armchair sits in one corner, while golfing photographs in brown and sienna tones enhance the scene.

The generous great room has a 14-foot ceiling with checkerboard beige painted beams that create nine coffers detailed with crown molding. The coffers have been elegantly faux finished in a gold and silver metallic to match the entertainment room. Gebert has created two custom columns, adorned with mica wallpaper, to define the ends of the entertainment wall and to showcase magnificent wall sconces. In the center, the focus is created by a handsome console finished in walnut with 8-inch circular silver pulls that look like jewelry. A large screen television is wall-mounted above. The room’s seating arrangement includes a sofa in an off-white chenille fabric with decorative pillows and two tall chairs that display off-white sides and metallic camel and brown giraffe velvet fronts with a dressy sheen. In addition, a contemporary dark leather recliner adds a rich, enticing quality. The round cocktail table is finished in a champagne metallic tone with a glass top and the grouping is anchored by a cream colored shag area rug. The tailored stationary draperies that elegantly frame the pocketing sliders feature inverted pleats in ivory and dark mocha brown. Gebert continues this treatment into the adjacent dining area for a polished look.

The gorgeous dining table features a circular 60-inch glass top table through which the creamy mother of pearl finish to the wood and metal base is visible. This is paired with elegantly upholstered chairs and affords a wonderful vista through the wide angled, mitred window overlooking the outdoor living area.

The kitchen is open to the great room and dining area and features an outer counter-height island with a double sink and extensive bar. Four swivel barstools in a mocha brown tweed allow for comfortable interaction with the dining and great room spaces. The perimeter cabinetry features a traditional raised panel front with a brown glaze and oversized hardware. The cabinetry on the smaller prep island is executed in a dark espresso and blends with the outer island paneling. The countertops showcase an exotic granite in swirling creams, dark browns and blacks. Gebert has selected a specialty backsplash of 12 x 12-inch embossed silver metallic resin squares with a brown washed glaze for a truly exotic look. The interior of a glass-fronted cabinet by the pantry has been faux-finished in silver and gold metallic to highlight the sparkling stemware displayed within.

The master bedroom is entered via a private vestibule where a decorative wall niche features metallic silver wallpaper with a grass cloth overlay that is replicated in the bedroom ceiling coffer. The furniture includes a luxurious bed upholstered and tufted in a neutral velvet, together with nightstands and dresser featuring black cabinets and pearlized white drawers with gold hardware. A tall contemporary wing chair and custom ottoman add comfort and practicality, while the gold chandelier and decorative antiqued mirrors add a touch of extravagant flair. The sumptuous custom bedding with pillows in blacks, creams, whites and silvers, pairs beautifully with the simple drapery treatments featuring bands of color in similar shades.

The master bathroom sparkles with crystals both in the dramatic wall sconces mounted on the vanity mirrors and the bronzed leather chandelier over the tub. The cabinetry is executed in glazed cream with black quartz countertops while the flooring is a 20 x 20-inch light cream porcelain tile. The frameless shower is adorned with a 24-inch horizontal listello in black and brown glass tiles. Tying it all together, a soft champagne metallic wallpaper wraps the room in timeless style.

Outside, beyond the great room’s pocketing sliders, the covered lanai opens to a glorious pool and spa. Four contemporary curved rattan chairs are gathered around a circular cocktail table and area rug, all of which face a handsome fireplace adorned with off-white and gold mica stone work that runs from floor to ceiling. The rectangular fireplace also features a precast stone mantle with a television niche above. Adjacent the outdoor kitchen that includes espresso cabinetry and a leather-finish golden granite countertop, Gebert has selected a glass top dining table with a rattan base that makes a figure-8 design and six matching chairs. Off of the master suite she has created a cozy cigar and lounging area with four upholstered chairs.

Beyond the foyer lies the formal living room with its pocketing sliders that open to the lanai. Here, Corasaniti has created a feature wall with built-out columns. Between the columns, which are lighted by chic drum-shaped sconces, a wall-mounted television is displayed against a background of charcoal gray mica wallpaper. A light gray contemporary credenza, with simple unadorned doors, floats below. The luxurious seating arrangement showcases a textured cream sofa paired with light butter colored chairs and another chair upholstered in fine golden silk. Accent pillows in royal blue and butter cream add splashes of rich color. The cocktail table and end tables feature a driftwood finish with bronze accents. A separate table repeating the unusual gold twig design coordinates with the foyer table. Framing the sliding patio doors, long Dupioni drapes, in twisted butter and gray silk, create an elegant statement. A soft cream shag area rug adds the finishing touch.

The dining room features an elegant coffered ceiling detail. A glass top rectangular dining table and six chairs finished in a pewter gray patterned fabric are paired with a light cream credenza to form a stylish grouping. The drapes are extremely elegant, featuring the butter silk from the living room with a coordinating silver and gold thread detail at the top and a unique flowing trim.

To the right of the foyer, the study is entered via double doors and features a continuation of the wood-look porcelain tile. A caramel toned maple cabinet features open bookcases with accessories in the featured accent colors of cream and royal blue. The desk is finished in a light wood and is paired with a chair of cream linen. To one side, a comfortable accent chair in light butter colored wood displays a seat upholstered in sumptuous royal blue velvet. At the windows, side panels in soft gauzy tones are suspended from a curved cornice with textured leather detailing.

In the spacious kitchen, the cabinetry is executed in a muted cream tone with counter surfaces in striking blue pearl granite for contrast. The modern backsplash features large glass rectangles in a light blue gray color that picks up the opalescence of the granite. A large rectangular counter height island provides seating for casual dining in the form of comfortable bar stools with neutral upholstered backs.

The adjacent breakfast nook features a circular table with a glass top and woven base in curious driftwood tones paired with contemporary woven wicker chairs. A mitred glass window provides expansive views to the outdoor living area.

Beyond the kitchen and breakfast nook, the light and bright family room provides wide pocketing sliders on two walls that open the entire room to the lanai and pool. By continuing the kitchen accent colors throughout this area, Corasaniti has created a calming atmosphere with soothing light blue gray hues on the feature wall. Here, a wall niche houses a light cream console set beneath a wall mounted television. A welcoming sectional sofa laid out in a partial octagon arrangement is finished in a casual creamy linen with fun accent pillows in metallic golds, creams, and blue metallic leather.

The quintessential Florida lifestyle with its seamless transition from indoor to outdoor living is a spectacular feature of the Ponte Vedra Grande model. The outdoor space is accessible from the living room, family room and master bedroom. Outside the family room is the summer kitchen with a grill and a walk-up bar with bar stools. The cabinetry is finished in a deep espresso color while the counters and bar top are executed in a light granite. A cozy table with matching chairs is available nearby for casual dining. In the pool bath, Corasaniti has created a dramatic free form design of river rock on the shower wall.

The lanai behind the living room provides an ideal conversation area with comfortable curved sofas and curved ottomans, gathered around a circular cocktail table, almost creating the look of a wheel. Within the cocktail table, a built-in ice bucket provides the perfect place to chill wine while relaxing with guests. The backless ottomans add to the sense of openness in this area while providing additional seating. The clean-lined furniture, finished in espresso with cream upholstery, displays a contemporary flair. Accents in royal blue and grays provide splashes of color to tie everything together.

The master bedroom opens up to its own intimate covered lanai with two lounge chairs and an ottoman that will allow the owners to enjoy some private relaxation time. The bedroom color scheme continues with the golds, creams, and grays creating a glorious background for the luxurious bed with its light cream upholstered headboard, side and foot rails. The bed’s fabric is framed with a striking silver metal border for a unique look. The sumptuous bed linens are displayed in creams and butter with some pale gold and gray tones. Metallic gold accents sparkle on the pillows for a glamorous air. The night stands and dresser are finished in a gray stain with some mirroring. A comfortable accent chair and ottoman by the window are finished in an attractive off-white fabric.

The flooring in the master bathroom is a beautiful porcelain tile with the look of marble. Across the back of the room, a walk-through shower provides the backdrop for a free-standing tub with entries to the shower on either side. Behind the tub, a half wall with glass above provides a glimpse of the shower’s decorative tile detailing and dramatic listello in metallic gold glass. The his and her vanity cabinetry is executed in cream with counter surfaces in a very light Botticino Classico marble. Glamorous metallic silver wallpaper provides an opulent air, accented with gold glass beads in a swirl pattern, reflecting the drama of the glimmering gold on the shower walls.

Vogue Interiors announced designers Leslie Gebert, Allied Member, ASID, and Sheila Corasaniti, I.D.S. have completed an interior that exudes both sophisticated elegance and luxurious comfort for Harbourside Custom Homes’ Villa San Remo furnished model residence in Seneca at Talis Park. The interior design takes full advantage of the long-range water and double or triple fairway views afforded by Seneca’s choice lakefront home sites that showcase Talis Park’s hallmark “In the Park” living experience.

The 3,658 square feet under air Villa San Remo model’s floor plan features a spacious 29-foot by 20-foot great room, a formal dining room, a wet bar, a double-island gourmet kitchen and breakfast nook, a study, three bedrooms, three-and-a-half baths, an outdoor living area with a large covered terrace, gas fireplace, outdoor kitchen, pool and spa, and a three-car garage. The home’s covered entry opens to a foyer and wide gallery hallway that provide a see-though view of the great room, outdoor living area and pool, and Seneca’s spectacular views. The great room, study, and master bedroom all open to the outdoor living area to create a captivating indoor/outdoor living experience that pays homage to Seneca’s one-of-a-kind setting. Beautiful custom ceiling details will be found throughout the home.

Gebert and Corasaniti’s light, simply tailored look for the San Remo is designed to reflect the home’s open and airy floor plan. The floor and wall coverings provide a foundation of soft grays, chromes, and creams with hints of citron. The flooring in the main living area is a 9 x 36-inch wood-look ceramic tile in a soft cream that continues into the dining room and study. A lovely, long gallery hallway just beyond the foyer features a coordinating solid 12 x 36-inch porcelain tile which, in combination with widely spaced columns, defines the entry into the great room.

The grand entry foyer affords immediate views through the columned gallery to the great room, pool, lanai, and panoramic views beyond. A wall niche is stylishly adorned with faux wood wallpaper in varying tones of gray and beautiful artwork. Stepping into the gallery, the eye is drawn to a display at one end where a magnificent wall covering by Elitis provides an element of drama with its black background and artistic gold foil design.

To the left of the foyer, the open dining room is defined by elegant columns. A rectangular table with a contemporary chrome base and cream wood top is complemented by casual looking upholstered chairs in a neutral linen with chrome nail head detailing. Beautiful sheer draperies in creams and taupes soften the large window. A wall niche, decorated with faux wood wallpaper to match the foyer niche, displays exciting artwork.

Crossing the wide gallery into the tremendous great room, the sense of light airy space is evident everywhere. The ceiling features a suspended painted beam detail running front to back with extraordinary backlighting. A comfortable sofa in a neutral cream tone linen, accented with chic pillows in tones of gray, gold and cream, faces the television wall. Two upholstered chairs with a subdued gold geometric pattern on a cream background add character while a soft gray rug anchors the space together with two mirrored rectangular cocktail tables. The seating group is arranged across from a console with a chrome base and a cream colored chagrin leather front with large circular chrome pulls. Overhead, a large wall-mounted television is set against a backdrop of dove gray mica wallpaper. A narrow horizontal niche over the television reveals a decorative planter while two tall niches on the right showcase towering vases filled with organic displays.

The great room flows seamlessly into a spacious kitchen with two counter-height islands that provide an integrated sense of connection. The base cabinetry on the outer island is executed in a dark graphite tone while the inner island and perimeter cabinetry are finished in white with a pewter glaze. Distinctive granite counter tops showcase intricate movement in pleasing light tones of creams and warm grays. Tying everything together, a glamorous specialty backsplash features a laser cut glass tile that produces the effect of a silver metallic figure eight against a soft white background. Simple, low-backed barstools are featured at the outer island as well as at the wet bar located just off the kitchen. Gebert and Corasaniti have used the same granite at the bar, but with a backsplash in a dark reflective glitzy glass tile for added pizzazz.

A generous and comfortable breakfast nook with wide mitred glass windows features a square glass top table with an open wood base. Four wood framed chairs, upholstered in a neutral texture, blend perfectly.

The high-ceilinged, oversized study at the rear of the home features an artful combination of two contrasting wallpapers, a chair rail, and high wainscoting for a warm sophisticated look. Tall custom built-in shelving displays flank a floating desk in driftwood and metal tones. A leather study chair and two upholstered chairs provides style, comfort, and practicality.

The covered lanai of the San Remo features three distinct areas for relaxing and entertaining. The area immediately off of the great room features a large conversation area that includes two curved gray sofas with patterned accent pillows in grays, creams, and golds, gathered around a matching circular gray ottoman. The dining area features a contemporary rectangular glass top table and six chairs in a woven gray metallic. The adjacent outdoor kitchen cabinetry is finished in espresso with a countertop in a light gray leather finish. A second conversation area is located behind the study where a luxurious fireplace provides the focus for four upholstered lounge chairs.

Entered through a private vestibule, the master bedroom showcases a striking color palette of black and cream. The upholstered bed with its tufted headboard and footboard is flanked by nightstands in a combination of black wood and off-white leather. Dramatic drop lights are attractively suspended over each nightstand. A long low dresser from the same collection is positioned across from the bed with a television wall-mounted above.

The master bathroom features light ceramic tile, vanity cabinetry executed in glazed white, and luxurious countertops in the themed tones of white, cream, and gray. A free-standing tub is flanked on either side by entries into a large walk-in shower where a listello detail in a chrome-look glass tile adds glamor. The wall covering showcases a metallic troweled effect in shades of creamy grays.

Vogue Interiors announced designers Leslie Gebert, Allied Member, ASID, and Sheila Corasaniti, IDS have completed an interior that exudes both sophisticated elegance and casual comfort for Harbourside Custom Homes’ Casa Arianna furnished model residence in Seneca at Talis Park. The interior design takes full advantage of the long-range water and double or triple fairway views afforded by Seneca’s choice lakefront home sites that showcase Talis Park’s hallmark “In the Park” living experience.

Harbourside’s 3,935 square feet Casa Arianna great room floor plan includes a wide gallery entry hallway offering a see-through view, a formal dining room, a wet bar, a gourmet kitchen with a large island and a breakfast nook overlooking a view of the outdoors, a study, a lady’s study, four bedrooms, four-and-a-half baths, a spacious outdoor living area with an optional summer kitchen, an optional fireplace, pool and spa, a two-car garage, and a one-car garage. The great room and master bedroom open to the outdoor living area to create a captivating indoor/outdoor living experience that pays homage to Seneca’s one-of-a-kind setting.

Gebert and Corasaniti’s inspirational design reflects the casual elegance of the Casa Arianna’s open and inviting floorplan. Their soft color palette incorporates muted silvers, pewters, and tans with accents of dusty plum and sea glass blue. The soft tan walls and lighter trim coordinate perfectly with the beautiful marble flooring in the main living areas showcasing swirls of soft tans and taupe. The fabrics, too, are light in tone, but durable and functional. The overall ambiance conveys elegance and comfort.

Upon entry, a mosaic of polished marble tiles inset into the foyer flooring creates an immediate impression, extending with a rug effect along the grand hallway into the great room. Overhead, three dramatic ceiling trays, each displaying a beautiful lantern pendant, balance the flooring design. A stunning mirrored-finish console provides the foundation for glamorous artwork.

The grand hallway opens on the right to a formal dining room defined by square columns adorned with a contemporary flat molding. On the back wall, moldings have been applied in an artful framework, inset with mirrors for added pizzazz. The glass-topped dining table with a double espresso-toned pedestal base is paired with six contemporary wing chairs. Overhead, within the tray, a dramatic drop ceiling features a faux finish with beautiful sparkling crystals.

Just off the dining room, a walk-in wet bar offers additional functionality with a counter height bar that opens to the gallery hallway. Multi-level light taupe cabinets, some with glass fronts, are complemented by marble-like quartz countertops.

The great room showcases a feature wall adorned by shimmering textured wallpaper and displaying a gorgeous gas fireplace with an 80-inch television above. Painted columns on either side of the fireplace and television feature a modern applied molding detail to frame attractive light sconces. Beyond the columns, glass shelves with storage doors below provide practical display space. A linen colored sofa with contemporary style tufting and two arm chairs in taupe with silver nail heads provide an inviting seating arrangement. The end tables feature a gray wood tone with silver hardware, while a blonde patent leather ottoman serves as a cocktail table. A cream area rug with an unusual shag pile completes the scene while beautiful side panel drapes frame the wide glass sliders.

For the kitchen, Corasaniti and Gebert selected clean-lined, off-white linen cabinets with a chocolate glaze and simple shaker-style doors, also replicated on the spacious counter-height island where corner post legs add detail and flair. Above the island, pendant lights with an open lantern look highlight the extraordinary granite countertops that feature waves of movement in taupes, grays, and linens. A decorative tile backsplash adds the finishing touch.

Adjacent to the kitchen, the breakfast nook offers glorious views to the pool area through angled mitered windows. Here, a window treatment with shaped cornices is presented to coordinate with the great room drapes. A round glass-topped table, with a drum chandelier overhead, features a charcoal-toned pedestal base with the look of a giant spring. The charcoal chairs are upholstered in an off-white micro harlequin pattern.

Outside, the large covered lanai features a perimeter kitchen along the wall at one end with espresso-toned cabinetry and granite countertops. A modern square metal table in an espresso finish features a top with stone center and is paired with four chairs displaying handsome plum-colored cushions. In addition, a large rectangular glass-topped dining table and six chairs executed in a woven taupe wicker offer casual entertaining space. At the far side, a conversation area with a loveseat, easy chairs and a cocktail table is grouped around a gorgeous outdoor fireplace featuring floor to ceiling tile in a stone color punctuated at regular intervals by decorative banding.

The master suite is entered by means of a double door entry from the gallery hallway. A glamorous vestibule with fauxed ceiling, soft lighting, and a wall niche displaying shimmery wallpaper provide a sense of arrival to a luxurious bedroom decorated in tones of plums, soft tans, and off-white. Faux detailing is continued on the ceiling where a magnificent chandelier continues a look established in the vestibule and master bathroom. The bed and splendid headboard have a contemporary, upholstered look, flanked by night stands in an antique mirrored finish which perfectly coordinates with an off-white triple dresser with silver pulls. Two high back contemporary wing chairs and multi-colored silk drapes complete the scene.

The flooring in the master bathroom is executed in an off-white porcelain tile with the look of travertine. His and her vanities on either side of a free-standing tub in the corner of the room are finished in a linen color with a chocolate glaze. The vanity countertops showcase a very light marble with dramatic swirls of taupe, charcoal, and cream. The shower tile coordinates perfectly with the flooring.

The study, located at the rear of the home, features a custom built-in with a credenza and bookcases in medium brown tones, and a floating desk in front. The walls are decorated with applied moldings in a stylish design, inset with a quilted-look charcoal wallpaper. Attractive accent chairs on either side of a decorative box table complement the handsome draperies.

At the front of the home, Gebert and Corasaniti have created a lady’s study featuring an espresso finish desk with chrome legs and a taupe fabric chair with nail heads. Here, a sleeper sofa in a light cream fabric and leather ottoman lends practicality to this stylish retreat with its blue-toned area rug and beautiful drapes.

Vogue Interiors announced interior designer Deborah Paulin, ASID, NCIDQ has completed the interior design of a completely remodeled residence in Pelican Landing. The home’s 3,569 square feet under air floor plan includes formal living and dining rooms, three bedrooms, four full baths, a beautiful island kitchen, dinette, and family room, and a beautifully appointed outdoor living area. Paulin’s design intention was to provide the homeowner with an up-to-date, comfortable home that presented a high degree of livability. The remodeling effort included completely removing existing walls, creating a more open, flowing living environment, and establishing a color palette that includes soft putty-toned backgrounds with off-white trim, green and plum accents, warm hardwood flooring in the hallways, living and dining rooms, carpeting in the study, and 12 x 24-inch porcelain tile in the kitchen and family room.

Upon entry into this home, the elegant foyer immediately affords lovely views through the living room to the pool area and lake beyond. To enhance the sense of openness, Paulin’s design removed a wall that had previously closed off the dining room to the left of the foyer and reconnected the space to the living room. Other walls that had closed off a separate wet bar near the kitchen were also removed to create a wider hallway and allow for an open and free-standing wet bar conveniently accessible from the living room, dining room, dinette and family room. The revised plan creates a sense of definitive welcome into a spacious, free-flowing, and open home.

Built for a rectangular table, the dining room presented a challenge as the homeowners preferred a circular table for ease of conversation. Paulin added a creative ceiling detail to coordinate with a circular table below for a perfectly natural look, as if it had always been planned that way. An ideal, shallow buffet in silver metallic wood with an antique mirror detail trimmed in gold now coordinates elegantly with a round glass top table. The table’s wood base is highlighted by decorative metal detailing. The dining chairs are transitional in style with wood frames and an attractive green chenille upholstery.

Just off the foyer as it transitions into the living room, Paulin has incorporated a chest with the same eye-catching finish as the dining room buffet. In the living room, a welcoming seating arrangement is gathered in front of the feature wall where the original architectural detailing has been preserved. The grouping showcases a large neutral chenille sofa in taupy camel and two end tables in dark wood. Two extra-wide lounge chairs in the same neutral fabric complete the symmetrical layout. Reflecting the homeowners’ requested colors, Paulin’s accent pillows feature a signature modern floral design in greens and plums. The central cocktail table features glass over a pierced silver-painted wood frame for a very light, fresh effect.

Leaving the living room, a dinette connects with the kitchen and family room beyond. Based on the homeowners’ desire for convivial gatherings of family and friends, Paulin completely redesigned the kitchen to create space in the dinette area for a large round table to seat eight. This involved extensive remodeling including the removal of suspended plant shelves, and the addition of a central counter height working island with decorative corbels. Paulin included bar stool seating for three so that visitors can be included in kitchen activities. The island and perimeter cabinetry is beautifully executed in a taupe colored wood with stunning granite counter tops in tones of pale green, silver and taupe. The custom tile backsplash in a brick pattern with filigree decoration is enhanced by a stylish medallion over the stove area. A custom range hood and charming ceiling detail over the island add further pizzazz.

Following the homeowners’ desire for ample seating in the family room, Paulin’s design includes a large corner sectional in a nubby woven fabric, again in the taupy camel. Sofa pillows in print and plaid add pops of the green and plum tones. Two reclining chairs in a green fabric and plaid pillows coordinate perfectly. An old fireplace was removed at the end of this room and replaced with French doors that create additional light and lead out to rear of the home. Crown molding was added around the perimeter of the room for elegant emphasis.

Paulin’s design has dramatically improved the outdoor living area located directly outside of the family room. The remodeled design involved extending the roof line which in turn had the beneficial effect of increasing the size of the adjacent guest bedroom. An outdoor kitchen with seating was added in this area with a separate dining area just off of the slider from the family room. The contractor also added a fire pit and created a second seating group. The pool and hot tub area were completely refinished using a beautiful modular pattern in travertine stone.

In the master bedroom, Paulin’s glamourous design includes dark wood furnishings with a fully upholstered bed in easy neutral tones. The headboard features wing walls that create a sense of being cocooned and cozy. Beautiful artwork above the bed lends a sense of dramatic flair. At the foot of the bed, the dresser not only stores clothing but also houses the equipment for the television mounted above. Large, interesting nightstands in dark wood on either side of the bed make remarkable statement pieces. The walls are painted in soft putty tones with white trim for a neutral background. Paulin dropped the ceiling detail to incorporate a striking circular motif for a current, modern look.

As in the kitchen, Paulin completely renovated the master bathroom with a fresh design. She created new his and her vanity areas with medium wood toned cabinetry and gorgeous granite counter tops. She also introduced a modern free-standing bathtub and artfully incorporated the same granite behind the tub in a wainscot topped with a listello tile that is also repeated in the shower. The shower itself is now a frameless all glass walk-in shower with no door, for a bright open look. As an ornamental showpiece, Paulin relocated the original dining chandelier which is visible from the street through a tall arched window.

“I feel this home, remodeled and modernized, will live wonderfully for this couple,” stated Paulin. “There’s nothing I enjoy more than listening carefully and incorporating features that reflect the needs and wishes of my clients in a style that will make them feel comfortable and proud of their home. In this case, the couple has a relative who is handicapped so we remodeled the pool bath so that it would accommodate a wheelchair, right into the shower. The end result is both aesthetically beautiful and practical. And that’s ultimately the goal. We provided a completely new look and the homeowners are delighted.”

Vogue Interiors announced it has completed the design and execution of the interior of Stock Signature Homes’ Windsor model residence at Quail West. The Windsor is one of over twenty furnished models being showcased during the 2015 Joint, Single-Site CBIA-LBIA Parade of Homes being held at Quail West today and Friday, February 6 through Sunday, February 8. Hours on Fridays and Saturdays are 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. and Sundays 11:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

The Windsor model’s elegant, 4,155 square feet under air great room floor plan includes a formal dining area, a gourmet island kitchen and breakfast area, a study, three bedrooms, four-and-a-half baths, an exercise room, a club room, an outdoor living area with a fireplace and summer kitchen, and two two-car garages.

Vogue’s Sheila Corasaniti, IDS has created a serene, comfortable interior style to accentuate the Windsor’s architectural design that includes numerous ceiling details and applied moldings. Her exceptionally soft color palette includes pewter, pale grey, celery green, and off-white tones with celery green, apricot, silver and metallic accents. White porcelain tile with grey veining in the living areas conveys a Carrara marble look, while the weathered grey tones of the porcelain tile in the study has a wood-like feeling.

Visitors to the Windsor are greeted in a foyer flanked by niches with a beaded grass cloth wall covering in a soft celery tone. Each of the niches features impressive art pieces. The foyer provides a view through the great room’s pocketing sliders of the Windsor’s grand outdoor living area and pool. A feature wall in the great room includes two columns framing a wall-mounted television. Each of the columns includes sconce lighting fixtures. A wet bar is situated to the right of the television wall. To the left, Corasaniti has created a low built-in with a pewter finish and a white granite top with flecks of grey. A shelf for displaying collectibles is set on the wall above the built-in.

A white sofa with soft ribbed chenille fabric, contemporary tufting, an attractive channel back design detail, and large decorative pillows provides a focal point in the great room’s conversation area. Other furnishings include light white open-sided chairs, a chrome and glass cocktail table with a geometric pattern on the legs, one glass end table with a wood shelf in a washed grey finish, a second tiered end table in an ivory finish with chrome, and a beautiful textured shag area rug.

The dining room showcases the Windsor’s extensive use of applied molding details. The walls above a chair rail are finished in a dark charcoal grey while applied moldings create contemporary wainscoting panels below the rail. A rectangular all-wood pedestal dining table is finished in a cool grey with a metallic overlay and surrounded by chairs with pewter finished legs and grey-toned fabric. Corasaniti has selected a built-in with a cream finish and a light neutral granite to fill the room’s niche wall. A beautifully designed mirror is hung above the built-in. Cream-toned silk draperies complete the look.

Corasaniti finished the kitchen’s large counter height island with a light grey base that plays against white perimeter cabinetry. Counter surfaces throughout the room are white granite with specs of light celeries and greys. Clean-lined high-back barstools line the island and are presented with a striping effect using cream vinyl and chrome. The kitchen also includes a walk-in pantry with a door finished to appear as an extension of the cabinetry.

The adjoining breakfast nook is defined by a semi-circular window overlooking the outdoor living area. Corasaniti furnished the space with a glass-topped pedestal table and chairs executed in an oatmeal linen fabric with chrome nail head trim and wooden legs with a smoked finish. A contemporary lighting fixture with wavy textured glass is highlighted by a chrome band.

Corasaniti has designed the Windsor’s club room to convey a decidedly masculine feeling with numerous textures and details. The room includes a full wet bar with a granite countertop, dark-toned cabinetry, bar sink, and beverage refrigerator. A television is hung above the bar. Closets with French doors painted in the trim color flank the bar to provide a den-like feeling. A dark-toned, wood-like tile floor and a coffered ceiling with a velour-like smoky grey wall covering detail contribute to the masculine feeling of the space. Matching oversized contemporary wing chairs with a pinstripe pattern flank a console presented in a charcoal, weathered wood look. Additional seating is provided by a light grey sofa with hide pillows.

A beautiful custom built-in brings both elegance and functionality to the study. Lower closed filing cabinetry is finished in a cream tone with a grey top, while the built-in two-toned desk features a cream top and silver metallic legs. Open bookcases are set above the lower cabinetry. The desk chair is in a washed driftwood with a medallion pattern. An accent chair presents a wavy pattern also reflected in a cornice board that includes side panels with a silver metallic fabric.

Just off the hallway leading to the master suite, the Windsor’s exercise room offers a full complement of workout equipment, including a stationary bike, an elliptical machine, free weights, an exercise ball, a yoga mat, jump rope, a bench to sit on, and mirrored walls. Corasaniti has covered the walls with a faux leather and used a tight, low nap Berber carpeting with soft cushioning on the floor. Double doors open the space to the outdoor living area.

Corasaniti has created an exquisite contemporary upholstered bed with grey metallic tufted linen fabric and crystal Swarovski nail head details in a diamond pattern for the master bedroom. Matching night stands with mirrored-front drawers and a dresser are presented in a cream finish. An elegant sunburst mirror is set above the dresser. Matching pearlescent faux leather chairs with chrome arms and legs flank a metallic-silver table in the sitting area.

The master bath features light, two-toned greyish-taupe and white porcelain tile flooring, a free-standing tub, contemporary mirrors, and sconce lighting. The vanity cabinetry is finished in a light cream tone with light creamy granite countertops and chrome fixtures. Tile designs with reflective metallic and silver materials are presented in the shower.

The Windsor’s expansive outdoor living area reflects Stock’s penchant for creating inviting outdoor spaces. Corasaniti has chosen swivel lounge chairs and a sofa for the conversation area in front of a fireplace that has contemporary woven frames in a pale driftwood color and light sail cloth fabric with apricot and celery accent pillows. The fireplace wall is presented in an alternating horizontal pattern of textured cream chiseled stone and smooth stone. The outdoor kitchen’s backsplash presents a similar pattern and complement a chiseled stone detail on the back wall. The kitchen includes an L-shaped counter-height island with a granite counter surface and barstools in a weathered grey metal.
