Vogue Interiors announced award-winning designer Sheila Corasaniti, IDS completed the interior of Stock Signature Homes’ recently sold furnished model in Pine Ridge Estates in North Naples. Stock Signature Homes is the luxury homebuilding division of Stock Development. The home’s elegant and spacious floor plan offers 4,369 square feet under air plus an additional 1,084 square feet of covered lanai space. The great room plan features a formal dining room, a gourmet island kitchen and breakfast nook, study, exercise room, three bedrooms, a bonus room or fourth bedroom, three-and-a-half baths plus a pool bath, and two two-car garages. The model includes a fireplace and outdoor kitchen on the lanai as well as a pool and spa.
Corasaniti envisioned the residence as a serene coastal retreat finished in relaxed and soothing colors. She took her inspiration for the home from a chinoiserie printed fabric that depicts the colors and tones represented throughout the home in a color palette of soft sandy taupes with accents of powdery sky blues and tonal creams. Weathered Oak wood flooring runs throughout the home, including the main living areas, and the master bedroom.
A welcoming foyer presents an opening to the dining room on the left. On the right side of the foyer, an upholstered wall treatment and bench provide a note of welcome. The wall is fitted with upholstered panels in a subtly shimmering textured leather-like fabric and features a hand-applied bordered pattern of silver nail head trim. Sparkling silver metal sconces are mounted on the paneled wall to create a dramatic first impression.
A custom beamed ceiling detail is a design highlight in the spacious dining room that opens to both the foyer and to the great room. The dining room is painted a soft taupe background color that reappears throughout the living areas. One wall of the dining room features a deep custom built-in credenza with tall glass doors and applied molding from the chair rail to the floor. This statement piece is finished in a soft pale taupe. Pale cream opaque fabric panels with a touch of sparkle dress the windows and add a sense of intimacy to the room.
In the wood floored study, a custom built-in desk fills the wall on the left side. It is accented with floating shelves to showcase books and collected items. The window facing the front of the home is fitted with a metallic roman shade. A textured cream and taupe area rug anchors two contemporized wing chairs in a soft blue fabric with a cocktail table. The ceiling is accented with a taupe grass cloth.
An expansive feature wall in the great room is divided into three sections and accented with metallic blue grass cloth. The center section houses a console that is used for media component storage. Above the wall mounted television, applied molding is accented with a dimensional piece of art mounted in the center. Flanking this center unit are three-foot-wide by five-foot-tall mirrors which also feature applied molding details. A dramatic beamed ceiling detail echoes the ceiling treatment in the dining room. Pocketing sliders in the great room open to the lanai and the outdoor living space.
Both the island and the perimeter cabinetry in the large open kitchen are finished in a pale taupe color. The countertops are a dramatic porcelain product with a patterned surface featuring a soft cream background and abstract brushstrokes of gray. A subtle off-white glass subway tile is applied to the backsplash along the perimeter.
Adjacent to the great room and the outdoor space, the optional bonus room serves as a guest suite. A custom wall to wall built-in accommodates a bench that is illuminated by lighting to create a cozy area for reading that includes a refrigerator. The walls are painted a pale light taupe. The room features a queen wood paneled bed with metallic night stands accented with bedding and pillows in a palate of soft blues and taupe’s. French doors lead to the outdoor kitchen and dining area.
The entire outdoor living space is painted a soft off-white to complement an outdoor fireplace fashioned from light taupe chiseled stone. In addition to the beautifully appointed fireplace, a conversation area is situated just off the great room and the master bedroom sitting area. At the opposite end of the lanai, an outdoor kitchen features shaker style cabinetry, granite countertops, a gas grill, and a dining area.
A fully outfitted exercise room is located between the great room and the master suite and features double doors opening to the lanai. Professional grade exercise equipment has been installed on one wall where mirrored panels are trimmed out with wood framing. A taupe low pile carpet provides both comfort and quiet.
In the master suite, the wood flooring continues throughout the hall, his and her closets, and the bedroom. The room features a king size tufted upholstered bed accented by serpentine shaped night stands in an off-white finish with a matching dresser. The bed is dressed in a soothing color palette of creams, sky blue and taupe’s. The sitting area features two wing upholstered chairs in a soft blue fabric. Each chair is adorned with off-white fur accent pillows. An off-white accent table with a stainless-steel inlay and a large upholstered ottoman are positioned between the chairs. Anchoring the furnishings are off-white shag rugs. The ceiling features drywall painted beams to provide contrast and visual appeal. A private sitting area opens to the conversation area of the lanai.
The spa-like master bath showcases a high-gloss off-white floor with 24 by 24-inch porcelain tile and a sculptural free-standing tub. The vanity cabinetry is finished in a soft off-white and the countertops are cream marble with brushstrokes of pale blue, smoky grey and soft taupe. Subtle metallic accents appear in the wallcovering and in the shower tile and fixtures.
