Vogue Completes Interior for Stock’s Marigold Model at Isles of Collier Preserve

Vogue Interiors announced that award-winning designer Sheila Corasaniti, IDS has completed the interior design for Stock Signature Homes’ furnished Marigold model at the Isles of Collier Preserve, a 2,400-acre development by Minto Communities bordered on the south by Rookery Bay National Estuarine Research Reserve, the north by Naples Botanical Garden, and the west by Dollar Bay. More than half of the 2,400 acres is dedicated to natural habitat and preserve areas connected by a network of biking paths and recreational trails with exercise stations and nature observation areas as well as blueways for kayaking. The community is just four miles east of downtown Naples on U.S. 41/Tamiami Trail East.

The Marigold floor plan includes 3,578 square feet under air plus an expansive covered lanai measuring 1,062 square feet. The plan features a spacious great room with an optional built-in entertainment center, a large gourmet island kitchen and breakfast area, a formal dining room, four bedrooms or three bedrooms plus an optional bonus room, a study, four-and-a-half baths, an outdoor living area with an optional fireplace, optional summer kitchen, a pool and spa, and a three-car garage. Pocketing sliders open the great room to the outdoor living area.

Corasaniti’s inspiration for the Marigold model was sparked by an unusual piece of jewelry made with rich emerald stones and bold cocoa colored beads. She has based her color palette on this fresh and exotic combination and set it against a background of soft pale taupe to create a home that combines the elements of comfortable living with a touch of elegance. Flooring throughout the main living areas is 9-inch by 36-inch pale gray and taupe tile laid in a staggered pattern to resemble a wood planked floor. The same tone of soft pale taupe is used on the walls of the main living areas with a slightly deeper hue in the ceiling trays. The combination creates a quiet backdrop for the rich jewel-toned accent colors of emerald, mocha, creamy ivory and soft aqua.

The Marigold’s welcoming entry foyer walls is clad in a dramatic and glittering emerald mica wall covering to create a show-stopping first impression. One entry wall has a horizontal installation of stacked diamond shaped mirrors reflecting the opposite wall where a colorful large contemporary artwork is hung. The foyer opens onto a long gallery that features a series of tray ceiling details. The flooring echoes the ceiling design with matching highly polished insets of Bianca Carrara stone running the entire length of the gallery.

In the generously sized great room, the feature wall showcases a custom built-in with decorative dry wall columns flanking a mocha console floating in the center. Above the console, the television is mounted on a wall covered in birch wood cork with a subtle silver metallic accent. The oversized and comfortable off-white linen sofa has two accent pillows done in an emerald and mocha leaf pattern and one accent pillow in an unusual metallic reptile pattern. Two club chairs in a soft light taupe chenille fabric also have mocha accent pillows. The large square cocktail table presents an antiqued mirrored finish and sits on a striking emerald shag area rug. The focal point of the great room is a dramatic six-foot-wide bronze chandelier fashioned in the shape of a floating tree branch.

In the adjacent dining room, the walls are a slightly darker taupe to create a more intimate dining experience. The niche wall on the left features a built-in for storage and a floating credenza in taupe with a bold decorative mirror hung above it. The dining table is finished in a dark taupe wood tone and will seat six. Custom designed dining chairs feature the creative use of vertical color blocking by having one third of the chair upholstered in off-white and two thirds of the chair in emerald.

The double-doored study features walls in the same lighter shade of java as the great room. The large window is incorporated into a custom built-in with two java finished bookcases and an upholstered window seat with accent pillows. A floating desk is finished in an innovative lacquered hide treatment with pale grays and darker areas of mocha. The high-backed desk chair is upholstered in a contemporary paisley fabric and two velvet club chairs flank a textured metal drum table.

A large kitchen island and all perimeter cabinetry are finished in a pale off-white Alabaster tone. The granite countertops present a lively mix of gray and taupe with a recurring hint of emerald. The backsplash is a pale putty glass tile in a high gloss.

Pocketing sliders open from the great room to the outdoor entertaining area where a full outdoor kitchen, seating area, and dining area flow comfortably under a covered lanai. The conversation area features two outdoor sofas and two club chairs that face the media wall. Grounding this area is a cocktail table in the shape of a river rock. The large outdoor kitchen includes a floating island with four counter height stools. Graphite gray shaker style cabinetry is topped with an Alaska white granite that features flecks of charcoal, grays and mocha. On the grill wall, the cabinetry and countertops are in the same finishes and all will have stainless steel accents.

The walls in the master bedroom are done in a soft pale taupe with darker taupe in the ceiling tray. A brushed nickel espresso poster bed features a custom white linen upholstered headboard and is flanked by two nightstands in an espresso finish with a large silver medallion on the front. A taupe chenille upholstered bench with nickel nail heads is positioned at the foot of the bed. All bed linens are done in a soft beige and offer accents of luxurious emerald and sequin details. The custom window treatments include a metallic sequin band along the top of the light beige fabric. A full dresser is presented in the same espresso finish as the nightstands and sits next to an emerald wing chair by the window.

The flooring in the master bath transitions into a matte off-white Bianca Carrara marble tile that extends onto the floor of the shower. The walls of the shower are in a highly polished version of the same marble with highly polished white banding accents. The serene bath has a subtle metallic wallcovering, off white cabinetry and Perla Bianca countertops. The free-standing spa tub sits below a glittering chandelier.
